Their shop was not able to lift my SUV because their equipment was outdated. They had to refund my money and I had to got to another store to buy my tires, which ended costing me more money. This is very poor service on Sams club part.

After waiting for a while, they finally told me that they can't install the tires because they can't unscrew the lug nut. So I just bring my car to tire store and they can install the tires without any trouble at all

Loud noise coming from the tires. Took it back and they said there was nothing they could do for me, even though they said I had 30 days to turn them back in. It’s not like I wasn’t going to buy more tires that were about $200 more.

Scratched my rims, won't install TPMS that they don't sell you, basically you pay this for nothing. Glad they got my money once, I'll be cancelling my membership and won't be buying tires from them ever again.

Called several times during business hours. No answer. Called main customer service. Talked to 2 people who placed me on hold. After waiting 12+ minutes on hold I was disconnected. Very poor service

i had an appointment on 6/7 with my truck for 4 tires. The techs didn't perform all the duties as listed on the tire mounting service. i specifically asked if they reset tire pressure sensors as i have had a light on forever, guy at the counter said yes. The webpage lists it as part of the tire mounting. well when i picked up a different guy at the counter said no. i asked if they could pull it in and he said it would be an additional $20. i was so mad i just left with my wife. now ill have to pay someone else at another location to reset those. tires look good but the service is the worst. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THEN GROCERIES.

The tires are great but the installation wasn't. When I looked at my wheels I noticed that there were scratches on one of the alloy wheels. I also noticed that there was a dark substance on all 4 wheels. I had to wash the wheels and was able to scrub off the black substance but the scratches would NOT come off. Normally a tire installer will but a plastic protector on the wheels to protect them from damage caused by the installation process. Very disappointed with Sams Club installation.
