Thanks for giving me an opportunity to write a review. Well it's been at least a month now and I still don't have the tires on my truck.

Had to make an appointment for installation, they finished early and gave me a call. Advised me that I needed a wheel alignment asap.

tire installation was fast! I had shopped around and Sam's was by far the best price for the tires I wanted. great deal and great people!!!

Had asked for old wheel covers left off and new ones installed. They forgot and I had to bring the car back a second time for that to get done.

Poor installation by the “technician” damaged one of the special order tires requiring me to travel back to the shop four times from 60 miles away.

Tires were promised delivery several weeks before they arrived. Local store didn't have staff to tell you where they were or when they might arrive.

Tires had tread separate after 50,000 miles. This was 2 of 4 tires purchased. That batch should be recalled. I wrote to Perelli who called me but was of no help. I wrote again after the 2nd tire failed again. Still waiting…..

Their shop was not able to lift my SUV because their equipment was outdated. They had to refund my money and I had to got to another store to buy my tires, which ended costing me more money. This is very poor service on Sams club part.

They NEVER answer the phone. My firefighter husband had to take time from his shift to go there to make an appointment. Who runs a business like this??

Scratched my rims, won't install TPMS that they don't sell you, basically you pay this for nothing. Glad they got my money once, I'll be cancelling my membership and won't be buying tires from them ever again.
