Bought tires for my wife’s Lexus SUV, they were a bit sporty and a little masculine I thought, but she loved them👍🏽

Would suspect lugs NOT over torqued based on retorque results. This is surprising in a good way as they typically get way over torqued

The install & warranty on my tires can't be beat. I shopped around for the best deal on tires and Sam's Club had the best offers.

I had to wait over 2hrs to change out 1 tire and I even had an appointment for this change out. They don’t have any sense of urgency.

I checked multiple tire retailers and found for Uniroyal, Sam;s was the best and with installation a winner!

The tire installation was done in timly manner. The only thing missing is capability of dong service appointments on line.

Prompt installation, but still disappointing. Pressures should have been 35 psi but varied from 31-33:(
