It's installation seems good no air leak this time so far. Well keep a eye out for any problem in the future.

Couldn’t take the lug nuts off so had to go to another shop to have them removed and replaced.Had to get another date to install the tires.

No Show. Partial delivery of tires. Waiting since the beginning of November for the full delivery of my tires . Horrible experience.

Where's my tires?

I started with a slow leak in the tire that led to a new tire based on the. Word of the Tech.  The experience was horrible from start to finish.  I showed up at my appt time to be told my appt was at another time very rudely.  I returned and waited an hour to find out it was not fixable.  Another hour later I had a new tire.  When I started the truck I found the tire pressure Elbert on the dash was lit so I walked all the way back in to be given an attitude again that I needed to drive it around to get the tire monitor to reset.  Well it reset to 35 lbs, the truck calls for 39 psi so I went to WAWA up the street and filled it myself because I was tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen.  The tire is out of balance as I found on a road trip ( no worries, I will pay extra any where else other than Sam’s club to get it right).  On top of all of this they also damaged my rim with the tire machine.  If a manager from Sam’s would like to reach out please feel free.

Horrible service, you should be ashamed

The final installation was quick and job done was awesome. However, I had an 11:00 appointment the first time and after waiting an hour and a half, there were still several cars ahead of me. I couldn't wait. I left and came back the next day where it was done in a timely manner. Why make an appointment and then have such a long wait? The customers have things to do as well.
