Very easy purchase, scheduling and installation. Had tired installed on Saturday, then had a flat on Monday. Tires were still under warranty, so a new tire was installed very quickly. Very pleases with customer service.

Insulation of my tire was a breeze. I've bought tires from Sams for both my vehicles and had them installed at the club. Excellent service knowledgeable mechanics.

Sams unable to supply an original Pirelli replacement had to settle for a Goodyear tire that does not match the other tires. Tire department personnel could use some customer service training

Purchased 4 tires for $179 each and it came with replacement coverage. I had a flat. Tire couldn't be repaired. It was replaced for $20. The service was done before i finished shopping. I'll always buy my tires from Sam's.

The value of the installation package is less when you buy run-flat tires because Sam's cannot make temporary repairs on the Pirelli brand and they cannot handle an adjustment on the tire if one is needed.

We arrived a little earlier than appointment time, car taken right in for tire installation, completed in a very reasonable timeframe! Did a great job!
