Get told different excuses from different people after being there 4 times why isn't the issue being fixed now we're expected to go back a 5th time. Making an appointment is a pain and so is dealing with people who are guessing what to try next

The technicians were lifesavers. They had me back on the road within minutes. I purchased a set of tires from Sam’s 18 months ago. When one of my tires went flat they replaced it hassle free. All I paid for was the installation.

They stripped one of my lug nuts while installing my tires. I had to take it to the dealer for repairs.Sams reimbursed me for the full price of the repair.

Well worth the price. The tire rotation every 6,000 miles alone pays for the entire package. Outside cost has been $40 each time. Plus, you get all the roadside benefits.

The tire technicians rotated and balanced my tires quickly and professionally. They replaced the tire that had a nail it and could not be repaired. Most of the cost of the tire was covered under warranty.

I was disappointed with the service. I had an unpleasant experience and a difficult time obtaining the service to change my two tires. To get service, I had to call the store manager to insist they do their job.

Clearwater Sams automotive did a terrible job balancing my new (4) tires. Had them rebalanced at Sams in Myrtle Beach. Drove on them for 700 miles now I have to get my front end alignment done. NOT HAPPY!

Well i have to wait 3 hours to replce tires becase misscomunication on TPMS Sensors forgotten to be installed. Technician was great trying to smooth it out but waiting 3 hours… it was like neverending
