I was disagreeing when the tech could not return all the lug nuts after my tire purchase. The story was something about not able to screw thread them in for fear of damage.

Was very happy with tires but mechanics did not balance the tires properly and had to return to a different store to get them right.. One front tire had no wheel weights at all and was horribly out of balance. Should never have been released.

Excellent & efficient tire installation service. Very pleased with ease of ordering, order communication, appointment booking and outstanding customer service at installation.

Can’t beat the benefits that come with the installation package. Free rotation and balance and road side assistance. Hope I never have to that part of the package.

The associate took a picture of the tire size from the car and ordered the WRONG tires.i could not complete the purchase. Bought tires elsewhere. Never again will I waste time making an appointment for no service. Shame on you all.

The men who changed my tires did not put my sensors back so my tire light won’t go off. Been waiting over a week for the store manager to call after multiple requests.

Installation process was excellent. Took me on schedule and finished in a timely manner. We have not had the tires long enough to properly evaluate them. Overall I would highly recommend Sam's Club for tires.

1st time needing tires post spouse's death. Mr. Donald was an angel. He was very helpful and understanding eventhough he isn't a Cowboys fan. 2 tires were replaced & i eventually made it back to DC safely.

scheduled my appointment at 8am. I was double scheduled with one team member working tier and batt. I had other obligations and was very late! Whoever was in charge needs to be addressed.

Tire replacement was done but requested swap between tires which was not done and requested checking on tire pressure of other tires which was also not done. Basically bare minimum effort was done.
