The serviceman , gave incorrect information, that the lugs on 1 tire were swollen and needed to be replaced elsewhere, after coming home and checking myself I found that the center hub was off center and nothing wrong with the lugs.

We bought these tires cause we were going on a trip to Utah. While traveling through Colorado, we experience heavy downpours and hail on twisty mountain road and we did not have a problem. Extremely happy with the tires.

If Sams's Club stops selling the tires (even if still available) and you need a road hazard replacement you get something similar. I fell if they are going to replace with a different tire, it should be done in pairs.

Purchased 4 tires for $179 each and it came with replacement coverage. I had a flat. Tire couldn't be repaired. It was replaced for $20. The service was done before i finished shopping. I'll always buy my tires from Sam's.

They won’t service your ties if you have a missing lug nut nor if a bolt is rusted, I went TWICE on separate days to get it fixed and keept getting the run around. I asked for a refund and only got the installation fee refunded

had to take one tire and wheel back to get a new valve stem put on. they said that they didn't put new valve stems on unless requested. when balancing the tires they didn't take old weights off, they just added more.

They did a great job. I just had to wait to long. My appointment was at 10. But mechanic didn't get there until 11. Then I ended up waiting over an hour to get them to put them on.
