I had an appointment at 4:00pm to install the tires but it took them 4 HOURS!!!... The **technitian** spent more time helping women needing help*** than to get to get my truck ready.

I drove to Rapid City in slippery, snow conditions, and it was a nightmare. I was able to get a same-day appointment for new tires and drove home confidently. Now that I have my new tires, the scary weather seems to be hiding!

Tire replacement was done but requested swap between tires which was not done and requested checking on tire pressure of other tires which was also not done. Basically bare minimum effort was done.

Fantastic! The only this that would have made it better would be, clean/wipe the tires with a rag or sponge soaked with tire shine or even soup and water. The tire walls looked years old.

I always buy the tire package because living in Las Vegas every road is constantly under construction. Makes me feel better knowing I have the added protection that Sam’s club provides.

The techs were so helpful and made everything very easy for us, we ordered the tires and made the appointment, went back when for the appt they were installed and the entire time, the techs were very helpful. Great location to do business at.

I had the tires installed on April 15, 2024 and Sams is running a sale for for free tire Installation on May 3 , 2024. If had l had waited I could have saved $80.00.

We waited over three hours for them to put on four tires. . We had a 3 PM appointment. They never took the truck in until 4 o’clock.. then we waited an additional two hours to put on four tires. This is totally unacceptable.

Great service at Sam's Club tire center in Bridgeport WV. They had my tires mounted and balanced in 45 minutes. Alot better than the 3 1/2 hours at the other tire place.
