TPMS was not reset after new tire installation creating a false low pressure signal during a long road trip. Sam’s technician in another city re- calibrated TPMS. Apparently this has happened before per this technician.

While most tire retailers have the same option (and I think with Sam's it's not an option, but a mandatory inclusion), I always see it as a necessity, given what's included.

I was asked to be early to the install appointment, but nobody was there to greet me and I had to wait for 10 minutes or more for an associate to take my keys.

Intended to buy the Michelin defender but decided I would try the Goodyear this time and I’m glad I did. I had Michelins and I felt every bump in the road. Much better ride now.

Followed customer services advice on size make model and cost and benefits of being a plus card holder with discounts and warranties. Made the appointment two days later within 45 minutes I was in and out great job.

I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my replacement tire to come in for my Honda CRZ Hybrid, I purchased the set st Sam’s and have the road hazard tire warranty package. Terrible service, cant keep driving my vehicle on a donut spare tire

I always buy the tire package because living in Las Vegas every road is constantly under construction. Makes me feel better knowing I have the added protection that Sam’s club provides.

I ordered the tires on 4/22/24. They said it would take 3-5 business days to receive the tires. I have not received an email that the tires have arrived to the store. Therefore I cannot give a review on performance.

Unfortunately the technician messed up the TPMS and now the low tire pressure light stays on. So far I have only received false promises from Sam's Club regarding a resolution.

The gentleman that attended to us on a sunday while traveling with tire trouble was truly amazing. He went out of his way to explain everything to us even showed us the damage to the tires. God sent us to him
