Sam's employee, Jackson, made the sale so easy and explained everything about the tires. He was very reassuring!

The service reps were excellent from setting up the appointment to performing the tire installation.

Wrong tire was ordered. Correct size has been ordered by Darin. Getting it installed 7/27/25 on Sunday.

The installation package is awesome. You get a lot in that package. They were quick and to the point when they were installing my tires

Tire install was some what easy. Made appointment and was seen as soon as possible as close to the appointment.

Great deal as my wife hit a pothole on an interstate & blew out a tire. My TIP with Sam's Club's replaced it and I saved over 200 bucks !

The techs changed the tires but did not reset my low tire system so now the low tire symbol is on my dash. It's annoying

We had difficulty getting someone to help us when we arrived and also when we were ready to leave. The tire pressure was not set correctly

Was told on line when getting prices for tires I would not have an installation fee. Garage did not mention there would be an installation fee.

Good year Max 2 I’ve purchase a set a Good year tire before. Never had any problems. My husband and son has also purchased the same tires. Love them
