I arrived at 2:45 for my 3:00 pm appointment. Left at 5pm - tire mounting and balance. Pretty unacceptable!

Had an appointment to have 4 new tires put on my car. It only took about an hour have the tires put on.

Had 4 tires installed at Sam's tire center. The service was great. Car was ready within 45 mins. Got my shopping done at the club while waiting.

Had tires over two months needed a warranty for one. I think paying over $80 for a replacement was higher than expected.
