Not user friendly

Do not recommend. I loved my previous LG set. I was able to select a mode, then customize the options to fit my needs. The only options available are what are preset and most are med/high heat settings. I have a lot of office work attire and baby clothes that all need low settings and this is just not an option unless you choose quick dry, but then you lose the sensing option and you can only time dry.

It sounds like your new dryer isn't offering the customization you're used to, and it's definitely challenging when you can't select the lower heat settings needed for delicate items like office wear and baby clothes. TOTALLY AWESOME

I am very happy with both my LG washer and LG dryer! The clothes have never come out better in cleanliness and after dryer results--I've used most of the settings, from AI to specific and they've all been terrific--hopefully these will last me a lifetime--I'm VERY HAPPY with them!

Here's why I think they're a great choice: Dryer: Easy-to-Clean Lint Trap: The lint container is super easy to access and clean. I love that I can get it 100% lint-free, which is great for keeping the dryer running efficiently and preventing fires. Even the slot where the container goes is a breeze to clean! Fast Drying Time: My clothes are always dry in under an hour, which is a huge time saver. Automatic Shut-Off: This is a fantastic feature! The dryer senses when the clothes are dry and shuts off automatically. Not only does this save energy, but it also gives me peace of mind knowing it won't overheat or potentially cause a fire. Washer: Large Capacity: I can easily wash my king-size comforter in this washer, which is a big plus. Efficient Soap Dispenser: I like how the washer sprays all the detergent from the dispenser directly onto the clothes, ensuring they get thoroughly cleaned. Quiet Operation: It's not a noisy machine, which is a nice change from my old washer. Versatile Wash Options: I can choose a deep wash for heavily soiled items or a water-saving wash for smaller loads, which is great for conserving water. Overall: I'm really impressed with the performance and features of my LG washer and dryer. They've made laundry day much easier and more efficient. Wonderful dryer

I love that the door to this dryer has two options for opening it. The controls date simple to use,and the filter is easily accessible and a snap to clean.

Heats up well

Easy to use with great features.

The dryer was delivered a little over three weeks ago. It dries clothes so much faster than the old one. The large capacity tub is great for comforters and quilts. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a new dryer.
