I haven’t used a or handled a skillet since my mom’s cooking utensils. I really love how heavy and well it feels and fits in my hand, cause I have kinda large hands and it works quite well with me:) I’ve finally found some pots and pans for the kitchen that I LOVE. This is a great fry pan. This fry pan has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last longer and is more scratch resistant. A great size for making your favorite one skillet meals without them sticking to the pan. The tri-ply construction of this fry pan is really well made and has a nice weight to it. I like the functionality of the Energy Plus, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

They have good weight to them, not flimsy, and hold heat very well. I have burnt food on them and simply used Bar Keepers friend to remove the discoloration. I plan on purchasing the complete set!
