My 10" fry pan gets used all the time and this one has proven to be a pleasure to cook on. Featuring a durable ceramic nonstick coating that’s PFOA and PTFE free which has been applied to a durable tri-ply stainless steel with an aluminum core for even heat distribution without cold spots. Pans have a flanged rim for easy, dripless pouring. Scratch resistant and dishwasher safe this will soon become your go to pan.

Perfect fry for a small meal or side dishes. Love the heat capability of this fry pan - it has an aluminum core surrounded by stainless steel. The nonstick coating is chemical free and releases foods superbly. Stay cool handles while on the stove top and pan can be used on any cooking surface, induction included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is everything! They say all you need is one good pan and for me, this is IT. The quality is second to none, the non stick is durable, the handle is sturdy, and the pan is overall beautiful. Very well made and cooks evenly. Get this pan, you won’t regret it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I literally had to throw away an expensive front pan from a highly recommended manufacturer because everything stuck to the nonstick finish. This is my second frying pan in this Zwilling collection. Nothing sticks to these pans! The ceramic finish is completely different. They are beautiful, heavy enough to feel substantial and will work with the new induction cooktop I'm planning to buy for my kitchen renovation. Will buy more pieces!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works perfectly! I purchased the 8” pan last year and absolutely love these pans! They have good weight to them, not flimsy, and hold heat very well. I have burnt food on them and simply used Bar Keepers friend to remove the discoloration. I plan on purchasing the complete set!

The Zwilling Energy plus line of cookware is a triple play! Aluminum center core with stainless steel clad and a long loasting, duarble ceramic nonstick coating. This 10" pan is perfect for all skillet meals, stir frying and sauteing. I like to sear hamburgers and chicken in this pan! Perfect caramelization every time. The sloped sides make it easy to flip and turn meats and vegetables. Great conductivity which is means your foods will cook faster, more evenly and use less energy. Great choice for induction stove tops. High performance pan that is easy to use and maintain.
