I was in desperate need of a new non-stick pan as my old 10" had seen better days. I wanted a good one, but prices ranging from $9 to $500 for a cook pan was a little overwhelming. But when I saw this Zwilling pan, I recognized it was from the same German maker Henckels which makes some of the best cutting knives in the world. So, I trust the brand but shopped prices and found that Sam's had the best deal. Now the proof! Beautiful, wonderful, quality, heavy, perfect. Plus, it came with a glass cover which other sites do not include.

This ceramic pan is excellent! It cooks everything evenly and cleans so easily. I'm going to get the 12" next!

Zwilling makes exceptional products. I have a knife set and love it. So I decided to try the fry pan and have not been disappointed. Food cooks evenly and comes out smooth. I highly recommend this fry pan!

Great heavy durable pan great heat transfer a great pan

The sloped sides make it easy to flip and turn meats and vegetables. Great conductivity which is means your foods will cook faster, more evenly and use less energy. Great choice for induction stove tops. High performance pan that is easy to use and maintain.

It’s a great and quality product. The only defect is coating layer is starting to peel after a few months of use. However, Zwilling replaced my old pans with no coat which is why I still purchase Zwilling products.

I own the full Zwilling Energy Plus set. Love my pots and pans. I also purchased the 2 piece fry pan set that includes a 10 inch and 12 inch but no lids. These are the two pans I use the most. I frequently have recipes that call for a lid. I am very frustrated that I can not buy lids to fit my 10 inch and my 12 inch Fry Pans. I do not understand why a product of the high level of quality does not come with lids for the sauté/fry pans to begin with. Please make glass lids available for all of your own sizes. I do not want a "universal" metal lid.

I've been using this to make mostly eggs for 2 weeks. and my eggs are already starting to stick. I use a bit of butter. and yet it still sticks. I suggest to get another pan. Zwilling makes amazing knives. they should stick to what they are good at.

Was fantastic for one use. Things started to stick the second use. The third use, pancakes completely stuck and were ruined. The pan is no longer non stick.

I just bought this last week and only used it once and I used it to cook fish with cooking oil on low heat and it sticked all over. Very disappointing non-stick performance even on the very first use from this brand at this price point.
