This 10" frying pan is a great size for my household of two! I love cooking with this ceramic nonstick as it is much more durable and scratch-resistant than most nonstick cookware out there. The handle stays cool and the stainless steel construction functions as well as it looks.

They have good weight to them, not flimsy, and hold heat very well. I have burnt food on them and simply used Bar Keepers friend to remove the discoloration. I plan on purchasing the complete set!

This is my second frying pan in this Zwilling collection. Nothing sticks to these pans! The ceramic finish is completely different. They are beautiful, heavy enough to feel substantial and will work with the new induction cooktop I'm planning to buy for my kitchen renovation. Will buy more pieces!

So this can be a fry pan and more when using the glass lid. I like to brown beef for spaghetti in this pan, add the sauce, cover and simmer til ready to serve. Only use one pan, although clean up is already easy because of the ceramic non stick. Easy to pour from this pan because of the rolled rim creating a dripless pour. After reading another review cautioning about cooking temps and lid adhesion, I find those call outs to be good instructions for best success using this pan.
