The only thing I have had stick to the pan was scrambled eggs when my non-cook husband tried to make them on high heat. The pan heats evenly and is durable. It is also easy to clean. My 10" fry pan gets used all the time and this one has proven to be a pleasure to cook on. So this can be a fry pan and more when using the glass lid. I like to brown beef for spaghetti in this pan, add the sauce, cover and simmer til ready to serve. Only use one pan, although clean up is already easy because of the ceramic non stick. Easy to pour from this pan because of the rolled rim creating a dripless pour. After reading another review cautioning about cooking temps and lid adhesion, I find those call outs to be good instructions for best success using this pan.
