[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Zwilling ceramic skillet is so easy to clean. We just wait for it to cool and wash it out with a dish cloth. Food has been cooking evenly. The bottom of the skillet is smoothly flat and does not our glass-top range. Cons: the Zwilling recommends their skillets be used on low and medium heat, so I probably won’t sauté. Instructions also say not to put on lid and lower or turn off heat because it may cause a vacuum and the lid may get stuck. Also, the handles may become hot and Zwilling recommends using an oven mitt to hold handle and remove lid - I may try a silicone handle cover.

They heat evenly and therefore cook evenly. I can control the temperature better for cooking as well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The only thing I have had stick to the pan was scrambled eggs when my non-cook husband tried to make them on high heat. The pan heats evenly and is durable. It is also easy to clean. I would recommend spending the money to purchase this pan.
