[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The food cooked evenly consistently. The cleanup was fantastic. I like this because the material is not Teflon it’s ceramic. It’s dishwasher safe and the ceramic works great when cooking I do not need to use any butter or oil it works perfectly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Your ZWILLING frying pan is one of the GREATEST cooking utensil I’ve ever owned. I haven’t used a or handled a skillet since my mom’s cooking utensils. I really love how heavy and well it feels and fits in my hand, cause I have kinda large hands and it works quite well with me:) I’ve finally found some pots and pans for the kitchen that I LOVE. THANKS

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased many skillets over the course of my cooking lifetime and I must say this one is the absolute best I have every used. The quality of the skillet is exceptional in every way and every detail was thoroughly thought out. This skillet makes cooking all the more enjoyable. So happy I made this purchase. Thank you Zwilling for an outstanding product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is wonderful! Nothing sticks! The only thing I have had stick to the pan was scrambled eggs when my non-cook husband tried to make them on high heat. The pan heats evenly and is durable. It is also easy to clean. I would recommend spending the money to purchase this pan.

This is a great fry pan set. This fry pan set has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last longer and is more scratch resistant. Great sizes for making your favorite one skillet meals or fry searing steaks or cooking your favorite style of eggs without them sticking to the pan. The tri-ply construction of this fry pan is really well made and has a nice weight to it. I like the functionality of the Energy Plus, it’s combining the best of both stainless and nonstick cookware: durability, heat retention, healthy cooking and easy cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You’ve seen those commercials on tv that show a product perform flawlessly but when you get its junk right. Then get the Zwilling, it really is non-stick. You could clean this thing with a Kleenex after frying chicken.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the exquisite design of this product. Beautiful stainless steal exterior with Ceraforce Nonstick coating that can be used with metal utensils. It cooks your food evenly and the cleanup is easy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frying pan with the tempered glass lid is everything you ever wished for with a pan. From the stay cool handle to the sturdy pan, its a work of art that makes cooking a breeze. Thank you for such a great product, I love it!

Two durable and high quality fry pans at a great price! Featuring a durable ceramic nonstick coating that’s PFOA and PTFE free which has been applied to a durable tri-ply stainless steel with an aluminum core for even heat distribution without cold spots. Pans have a flanged rim for easy, dripless pouring. Scratch resistant and dishwasher safe these will soon become your go to pans.

So this can be a fry pan and more when using the glass lid. I like to brown beef for spaghetti in this pan, add the sauce, cover and simmer til ready to serve. Only use one pan, although clean up is already easy because of the ceramic non stick. Easy to pour from this pan because of the rolled rim creating a dripless pour. After reading another review cautioning about cooking temps and lid adhesion, I find those call outs to be good instructions for best success using this pan.
