I bought this 2 months ago and it has performed reasonably well. The spin cycle leaves the clothes a lot wetter than our prior LG, which is disappointing and requires running the drier twice as long as before. I anticipate this will kill our drier and drive up energy usage substantially so I really can't recommend this model.

The extra large capacity made washing comforters easy too! Lots of features with wide selection of easy to use options. We've bought LG for other items and we're always pleased, this washer is no exception!

I regret buying this washer if you put too much or too little it will NOT spin thoroughly. I have tried everything and it seems like it only spins when it wants and it will keep cycling through wasting YOUR water. This is very disappointing and I almost went into a mental breakdown trying to get this washer to spin out the excess water

What a piece of junk, no rinse cycle on normal wash cycle... only 2 approx. 15 second spray rinses. If you use the deep wash so you can have a rinse cycle the washer fills up to approx 6 inches from the top of the drum.. wasteful - can't wait until this stupid washer breaks so i can buy something that is not wasteful and has smarter washing cycles.

Just purchased LG washer . It replaced another LG front load washer that was several years old. It was rated very high by Consumer Reports and they were right. My wife loves the new washer. It holds much more than our previous model and the wash is excellent.

The washer cleaning performance is very poor. The bleach dispenser damages clothing when it releases the bleach it does not dilute it before dumping into the tub. The water level, agitation and spin functions are not capable of cleaning clothes. Deep wash helps but does not have enough control and eliminates many other functions. The strange pauses in agitation and spin cycles combined with very weak action does not clean the clothes. The large tub is nice, but it is useless without the right amount of water or a working agitator.

The washer was delivered six weeks ago and delivery and setup was quick and professional. The cycles we have used have operated exactly as described in the instruction manual. The Heavy Duty cycle was very impressive with washing large blankets. Good job LG!

So incredibly disappointed and haven't the faintest idea how the good reviews can be legitimate. This washer is horrific – the clothes do not rub against each other it slowly “rocks” them so they are not coming out clean. For most of the wash, they simply soak in detergent, but not getting cleaned at all. The plate on the bottom, barely moves. The spin cycle works very well but I would imagine that most of us want washers that actually clean the clothes

Replaced after 1 year due to water filling issues. Here I am again, one year later and my water pressure sensor doesn't work and machine filled with water and over flowed causing a huge leak. Machine didn't even alert or auto stop when water was overflowing! 2 years, 2 machines and nothing but problems.

Me and my decided to upgrade our set a couple weeks ago and are so happy we chose this LG washer and dryer. Clothes come out so clean and the washer runs do quite even during spin cycle. The LG thin q app really makes things easy as well. This set in graphite steel is beautiful! The drum is so huge as well. Definitely highly recommend purchasing this set
