so glad I bought this works great my clothes are so clean and soft I could tell the difference with my first load they smelled so clean and fresh and no I didn't change detergent and it filled my tub with perfect water fill unlike my old one and it washed my comforter like new my old one you had to force it in I love the way it weighs the load and adjusts the drum well there is nothin I don't love about it

Bought this set less than 2 years ago and about 3 months ago the power button wasn't working 100%. Some times it took a few tries then it wouldn't turn on, now it doesn't turn on at all. Warranty was only good for 1year, of course, even though there's a “10 year warranty” (only applies to tue drum.” It looks nice, while it was fully functional it was great. But now I'm stuck with a washer that won't turn on, but it looks pretty. Also disappointed thays the LG smart app doesn't have the capability to turn on the washer remotely. Definitely was sold to me that way. But 🤷🏻‍♀️

Only have had it 3 months but no problems. I did reach out to LG for a manual and they kindly sent me one. I am old school so like to have instructions in writing-not only on Utube. LG is awesome- our last LG washer and dryer lasted 14 years and endured 3 moves. Still was working after 14 years but we decided to try a top loader. Anyway, overall a great product!

I bought this less than 6 months ago and use it about once a week. I suspected it wasn't getting things fully cleaned so I recently started putting items straight out of the wash cycle into a tub of water, and was shocked at how much dirt came out into the water. If I wash more than a single sheet at a time, there are huge dry spots on the sheets where they didn't even get wet, after a full 50+ minute cycle. If I use the Bedding setting, it throws an error that the machine isn't getting enough water (despite the water lines being brand new and fully clear, with healthy water pressure). Plus any dust or pet hair that accumulates in the water seems to settle on top when it drains so I have big dirty patches on items when they come out. I don't think this washer actually washes things.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the LG washer over a month ago and it's been a game changer in our household! The smart features connecting the washer to my phone have allowed me to go on about my ranch duties and be alerted to when it's time to change the load. I can put twice as many clothes in and they actually get clean! No more washing loads twice because soap residue! I save time, water and no more frustration due to an inadequate washing machine. Life is GOOD!

Washing machine delivered on 7/10/2024. Did 1 load and left on vacation 7/13. Returned 7/19 and started a load of laundry and it made a horrible grinding noise heard on all floors of the house. Called and scheduled repair call for 7/22. They showed up with a level and said it is level and there was nothing else they could do. Called and they set up another appointment for 7/24 between 8am and 5pm. No one ever called or showed up. Called at 5:17 to ask and they said the appointment was canceled. No one could tell me why or who canceled it. Scheduled another appointment for 7/30 between 8 and 5 so I guess I will have to take off work again or get someone to sit at my house all day...if they come at all.

The soap dispenser is a nightmare on this good machine. It's a shame to ruin an OK washing machine with a cheap piece of junk that looks like an after thought. When using dry detergent, the dispenser lets the soap fall on top of the dry cloths. If adding fabric softener, it lets that do the same. Even if you are careful, and do something like program a rinse and spin, the fabric softener tray fills up with water, and you have to remove the whole try to get it dry and continue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is enormous! I can easily wash two comforters and still have room. You can get super clean clothes in just 29 minutes flat! You can't beat that. Not to mention all the different cycles you can download in the app. And oh yeah Remote Start, you can control everything right from your phone. I am in love with this washer. It was worth every cent.

I really appreciate all the technical features - but our current washer WT7300CV has an electrical issue with no power after less than 3 years. The repair provider couldn't give us an estimate how much it will cost to fix it. This washer was not a good buying decision
