[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was exceptionally well made, everything was tight, and it was a quiet operation with excellent engineering. Takes up less space while providing a larger load capability. The control features are excellent especially the ability for the machine to measure water and detergent needs automatically. I selected this variety because of the color primarily but it included more features than I thought I would use. Now I am very glad I have those features and use them routinely. I feel it is a good value and would make the same purchase again.

This LG washer is well made and attractive looking! It's our first LG washer and we're pleased with its performance. We bought it as a combo with the dryer and the smart features are great. The app is nice but wish it had a feature to save a cycle setup to use again instead of picking them each time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I turn on Extra Rinse feature it automatically locks into Deep Wash which is very slow gyration, not what I want :( What I always do is normal wash with extra rinse, so this is very frustrating!

So far I am very pleased with the performance and features of the washer. My only complaint is that the soap dispenser is full of water after each load. I have to put a towel in the bottom of the washer and pull out the dispenser and empty out the water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this two weeks ago and it was one of the best purchases I've ever made! Easy to use and it washes the clothes so well! The inside is so large I can wash more at one time, which saves my time and energy! Very happy with this purchase!

Seems to clean well but the amount of water this washer uses is absurd! My water bill has drastically increased since purchasing this washer. So not only did I have to pay for a new washer it's now costing me even more to use it. I thought new appliances were supposed to be more efficient. Where is the efficiency with this one?? I do not recommend and wouldn't purchase again. Consumer reports got this one wrong! The song notification this washer plays is very annoying. What happened to a nice beep. Cycle times are also very long. You could put in the exact same items and one time you get a 25min cycle and the next time 43 minutes. Very inconsistent!

Had a LG Washer for the last 15 years which worked great for the duration but figured it was time to get this newer model and am counting on getting another 15 years of great performance like its predecessor that was gifted to a family member which is still using to this day.

This washer is a lot nosier than I was expecting. The pump during the rinse cycle is loud. I had a similar LG model before this one and it was not this loud. Also, the liquid soap dispenser always fills with water during the rinse cycle so I have to empty the water before doing the next load. Aside from the noise, it does a great job washing the clothes.

I bought this one month ago and I am very satisfied with my decision. All my friends recomended me the brand LG, and they where right. This model has a large capacity to wash all my bedding and clothes in just one cycle, so I finish my laundry in less time and everything comes out very clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer in the summer. It washes well but makes a peculiar clunking noise. I called customer service and was told that the top loaders make this noise but if it got worse they would send a service man.
