[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this machine about a month ago, I like it's ability to fully function in conjunction with the dryer. Also, this is my second LG washer top loader and both of them work well. Very pleased with this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I turn on Extra Rinse feature it automatically locks into Deep Wash which is very slow gyration, not what I want :( What I always do is normal wash with extra rinse, so this is very frustrating!

I purchased this washer a few weeks ago when my old.one went out, similar model we had for 10 years with a large family we need the large capacity washer and dryer. I Prefer this model as it let's me add water plus option, I like to wash with more water than the smart technology allows. So far I am really happy with this washer, it is quiet, efficient and washes our clothes well!

Product is good. Unfortunately you almost have to be an Engineer to operate it properly. On some loads, I kept getting an "E6'' error message. These cycles did not finish and did not "spin" leaving the clothes still soaked in water. Had to turn off and then turn on again and just do the "spin' cycle to expel the water. I found that when programming the cycle that if the " spin " cycle height is not programed properly then the spin cycle does not function and you get the "E6 " error message. Looked up the "E6" error message and it is the only message that calls for a "service" call. It does not need a service all. Just the proper selection for the cycle. Apparently the "sensing" on the particular cycle does not over ride it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer about 3 weeks ago, and it's perfect, it has wifi capabilities to connect to more washing options, you get a notification when your load is done, and it plays a cute little song when your load is done as well! We are beyond happy with our purchase. This washer should be your next choice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great washer. Our old LG worked so well, we decided to buy the new model similar to the old one. Love the new Turbo Wash 3D. It takes about 2/3 the time to wash as the old one. Now is we could only dry faster...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a previous version of this washing machine. It was just great and did a wonderful job cleaning clothes! Then my house burned down in a forest fire and the open lid on the washer caught my engagement ring diamond that fell from the second floor into the drum. The metal on the ring and everything else I owned was lost but the washing machine saved the diamond. Just amazing odds of that happening. Once I got into a new house I went out and bought the LG 5.5 Top Load Washer with Turbo Wash. This machine is just as great as my other one - maybe even better. I love it!! Only LG washing machines for me - for life!

I bought this in November 2022, it started having issues in September 2023, it began with an intermittent LE error code one day and is now not functioning at all and needs to be serviced. I purchased this for its large load ability and reliability and am very disappointed that in less than a year the motor is likely useless.

Bought this 3 months ago. Repair man is coming in 2 weeks. Washer makes a loud clunking noise during wash cycle. The repair folks have been nice. Hopefully the repair takes care of it. I'm somewhat disappointed with my purchase based on the issue happening so soon after getting it.

Had a LG Washer for the last 15 years which worked great for the duration but figured it was time to get this newer model and am counting on getting another 15 years of great performance like its predecessor that was gifted to a family member which is still using to this day.
