No issues with this washer so far, only had it for a month. I did about 25 cycles. Definitely a learning curve with these new HE machines with impeller. I've been using a machine that was 20+ years old. Still learning but so far I have to say the clothes have been coming out fine. Love the large capacity, especially for towels and bedding. Starting to get the hang of which cycles/cycle combo works the best for my needs. I am happy with the purchase. The washer is much quieter than my old machine. I've read people complain about the noise but I haven't found that to be the case. I did make sure the unit was properly leveled which I think is very important. Also, trying loading the machine properly is important. Love the Wi-Fi and app, wasn't something I really needed or was looking for but come to find out, it's very useful.

I really enjoy the new washer from LG! I like the features and especially the downloadable extra wash cycles. It is easy to use and gets all my clothes clean. It was also easy to connect my washer to my phone and it lets me know when it is finished. Would definitely recommend this washer.

Great looking washer with a massive capacity. Washes really well. However, there is no way to set up a "My Wash" cycle where one button is pressed and does the desired wash instead of having to press literally about 8 buttons. Other than that we love it. Just thinking having an LG ThinQ capability, that it wouldn't be too hard to download. My other-in-law has the older LG washer and it has that feature built in so why not have it on a much newer washer.

I purchased this to replace a washer in need of extensive repairs. It was easy to connect to my home wifi. So now I receive a notification when my load is ready if I am not near the washer to hear the alarm. It has a number of programed settings and more that can be downloaded to the app on your phone. I am pleased so far with the preformance it just remains to be seen how long it will last.

I have had this washer for a little over two months now and am absolutely loving it. It's big enough to handle my oversize king comforters with ease. No more running to the laundromat to wash comforters. I love all the options the washer has for washing clothes. The Wi-Fi feature is great! Once the app is setup on your phone, you can monitor the status of the cycle. Not only does it show how much time is left, but it also sends a push notice when the washer is done. No more running up and down the stairs to check on the status of the washer. You can even turn it on remotely. The washer does a good job of cleaning clothes while using much less water than my old one.

I bought this washer to replace an older washer that no longer worked. I wanted some of the features I had on my older model - delay start, large wash capacity, top load with a window lid - and after some research, found that LG was a reliable brand, known for quality, and had a washer with my wishes. The washer has performed beautifully! The tub capacity is huge; in fact, the tub is quite deep so if you're very short, you might have to use a step stool to reach the bottom of the tub. The feature choices are extensive, so you can pretty much tailor each load to what you need. The Normal load seems like it won't have enough water to cover the clothes, but once they start moving around, the water covers them. This washer is very economical as to water usage. When you first start the load, the Normal shows almost an hour, but once it spins the dry load for a few seconds, the time adjusts based on the amount of items in the load. For me, the Normal usually self-adjusts to about 30 minutes for an average load of mixed clothing and to about 38 minutes for towels. If you want more water, you can either choose Deep Wash or More Water. This model has smart features which enable the user to link the washer to a smart phone app to manage the washer. I didn't choose to do this. Note - if you're going to want to use the smart features, capture the QR code before your washer is installed if it's going into a tight space. The QR code is on the back of the machine.

At this point I'd recommend it but the true test with major appliances is their quality and longevity. We went with LG because the customer satisfaction was high in these areas and are hopeful our lives up to the high praises.

I love my new washer & dryer!! It's so big & it's also a smart sweet & I can use the app to work it. It lets me know when it's done so when I forget it's awesome to get reminder to put my stuff in the dryer. Also I got the big oversized washer & dryer & the washer has sensored so I don't have to push anything like "small load". Put clothes in & it senses how much water to use. I absolutely love it.
