I bought my new LG washer and dryer and I am so happy I did! I did a lot of research online and by word of mouth recommendations from many consumers and heard nothing but good things about LG, especially RELIABILITY which was the most important factor for me in my decision. I love the smart feature on the LG app! The best thing about this washer is the full stainless steel tub and it's HUGE and I can still reach inside to get my closes out haha even though I am about 5'5. I did choose the option without the agitator because as a mother I do a lot of clothes and I wanted room. I was concerned with the cleanliness without the agitator and it cleans the clothes just find without it! It does have different options for soiled cycles which I like too. Also I love the water plus feature because the new efficient washers only let you use so much water when you may need more to make sure the clothes really get clean and this washer does! I love the different settings and how simple the controls are and how you can set them any way you want. I love that the lid locks while in use but you can pause a wash if needed to. Also the lid closes slowly so you don't have to worry about the lid slamming down on you like my old one did! This thing is quiet and beautiful! I hope to have this for a very long time!

We bought this washing machine a few weeks ago and could not be happier. A bit smaller footprint than our previous front load washing machine, but much bigger load capacity. So many options yet very user friendly. Quiet, fast and efficient, what could be better.

After running many different size loads of different fabric types I am quite pleased with this machine. I was surprised to see that the cycles for most normal loads are shorter than the machine we replaced. I am very impressed at how quiet the machine runs. The only thing I have found to be a little irritating is that getting the small liquid detergent receptacle out of drawer to empty the water is a little tricky. Other than that all is well.

My non-tech wife absolutely loves the LG app to monitor the washing machine. The WT7400CV has many easy to use features. The large capacity does a suburb job cleaning a variety of clothing and materials. We have a number of LG products including TV's, and soundbars. Because the performance and reliability of our other LG products, we were drawn to comparing other wishing machines to the LG. We could not be more pleased with our selection of the WT7400CV. LG over the last 5 years continues to be our choice for large and small appliances in our home.

Also because spin feature takes out much water consequently I use less drying time by 20 minutes. This machine allows me to many setting for type of laundry I'm doing at the time. .

I purchased my LG washer and dryer a few months ago and love them! I realized just how inefficient my 20-year-old machines were when I used these for the first time. I never had a washing machine without an agitator so I was a bit hesitant. However, once I watched a load go through its stages (I have a washer with a see-through lid) I realized that I didn't have to worry about my loads getting clean. I hope that I will have my washer and dryer for many years to come.

My last washer was out of balance all the time, and this never happens. Also, it's very beautiful, which sounds weird for a washing machine Lol I also like that I can Bluetooth to it and download settings, but in addition, it notifies me when my wash is complete

I was replacing an old washer that was in the house I bought. The old washer would go off balance constantly and sounded like an earthquake. My previous house also had an old model that shook and banged when you used it. When I decided to upgrade to this one with a much larger capacity, impeller instead of agitator, and all the bells and whistles with wifi and whatnot, I was not familiar with more modern washers. I was so used to old crappy washers that I kept going to check that this new one was actually working because it was SO quiet! I love the ability to download wash cycles that aren't prebuilt into the washer. I love the app that tells you when your wash is done. I LOVE the capacity since I wash a lot of large blankets covered in pet hair. I hope this washer is sturdy and lasts a long time, because it's pretty much perfect.

I've had this LG top-loading washer for almost a month. It's still early, but I really like this washer ! It has a large capacity which is great for my comforters. It does a good job cleaning. The direct-drive (with the 10yr warranty) motor is impressive. And its styling is awesome !!

It's been over 20 years since I last purchased a washer and wow have things changed. This washer uses next to no water compared to my old washer. However, it got the clothes clean and they smelled great. Another comparison is how quiet the LG is compared to my old washer. It is night and day difference. I like all the wifi features, tracking cycles, energy use, etc.. Very happy with the purchase.
