[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New experience for me. Always had a washer with agitator and lots of water. Initially concerned there was not enough water in the large tub. Lots of rotating, however. So far, clothes coming out just fine. Enjoying the very large tub! Can wash blankets and other bed linens easily.

I purchased this washing machine three weeks ago and I am very pleased with the performance. It washes really fast and is easy to use. I did have a couple questions about the wash cycles that the information was not included in the paper manual. If you don't have a smart phone you cannot access this information.

Bought it about 3 weeks. I really like it so far. I'm able to download some different wash features and control it remotely with my LG app and it notifies me when loads are finished. A little concerned with it not having an agitator and getting clothes as clean it does have a turbo feature.

Had we not had the following issue, I would have given a 5 star rating. I bought this washer a year ago to replace our LG front load that worked very well for 12+ years. The new one had been a good washer and was fine until about 3 weeks ago. It started getting an E6 error code which says there could be a clutch issue. I followed the instructions of checking between the pulsator and tub for a foreign object. It is all clear, but the washer still does the error code from time to time. I feel like it could be the control board being the issue comes and goes, but I haven't had it checked. It is barely out of the 1 year warranty so I am holding off on getting service out there. A service call plus parts is probably more than I want to spend on it. We will see how it goes from here.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quickly needed a replacement washer, so shopping time was short. Checked third-party rating site to finalize our choice. Many features are great, but directions/instructions are spread over 3 sources and still not enough. Slowly beginning to figure out how we will want to use this washer. ThinQ WiFi feature options have potential, but link took a few tries to set up (2.4Ghz only possible). Options may be nice, eventually, but adds to the learning curve with the insufficient directions/instructions. So far, we have persisted in learning how to use the washer and like its performance so far. That said, now thinking we should have gotten the 7800 or 7900, but still generally happy with our purchase.

We've had this washer for about a month now and we couldn't be more pleased. We were very hesitant to buy a new washer because from prior experience, the older ones just work better. After much research however, we settled on this machine and we can honestly say we made a great choice. The larger capacity and smart technology have made this purchase more than worth it. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good looking machine with a ton of interesting options. The tub is huge and the interface is pretty straightforward. The detergent cartridge is unnecessarily clunky for something that is used for every single load. Had it for about a month, so far so good.

I bought this about three weeks ago and so far I am satisfied with the cleaning ability of the washer. I've never had a washer that SENSES the weight of the load and automatically produces the correct amount of water. It seems to work out alright but sometimes it appears as if there is not enough water. I like the glass lid on top so that I can see what is going on. I like the music it plays when the load is finished as I didn't have any notice on my older washer. The options on the display are easy to use. The washer is bigger than my last one and I had to buy a step stool so that I could reach the bottom of the tub. That is a pain in the 'neck.' I miss a Permanent Press setting on the washer and am still trying to figure out whether Normal or Delicate works better. I probably won't ever connect the washer to WiFi. I am past 65 and don't see the necessity of doing it. I believe it's a generational thing.
