We bought this washer 2 weeks ago and find it an excellent improvement. The stainless steel drum keeps clean and won't rust. The drive mechanism is far superior to standard US models that use fan belts and clutches. Our old US model lasted just 3 years. The machine has a wide range of control options that suit every possible need. The online capabilities are a nice benefit, although not really required. The machine plays a pleasing tune when it completes and it displays the cycle time left to make for better planning. The lid is clear so you can see the activity within, which is preferred over an opaque lid. We had no issues with the delivery, install and operation of the machine. I would definitely buy this again and recommend it to others.

I replaced a 15 year old Kenmore front loading washer that had come to the end of its life cycle. (No pun intended.). I chose LG, because of the highest quality ratings given by Consumer Reports. I got the top loader, because of the serious mold and mildew problem that I had with the front loader. No more constantly cleaning the gasket and bad odors. The LG is very quite and the technology is very impressive. It also takes a lot less time to run a load and it is very energy efficient too. I highly recommend LG.

I absolutely love this LG washer! Due to its huge size, (large Capacity) I can toss in my king comforter with ease, and there is no obstruction gadgit (agitator) up the middle so large blankets don't get twisted or knotted. It makes laundry a breeze! Thrilled with my purchase! It is also beautiful to look at in the graphite gray color!

I chose the design without an agitator because of it's cavernous volume and ability to wash the occasional afghan, or king size comforter, while reducing the number of weekly loads, all the while sensing the proper amount of water, to save resources. Compared to the old washer, this thing is like something from a science fiction novel. As a Toolmaker/mechanical engineer I recognize the vast amount of research, design, and testing that went into this innovative machine, and I find myself peering through the glass top, and enjoying show, as the washer marches through it's paces.

Love the big tub in this washing machine. It is hard for me, 5'3, to reach clothes at the bottom. This would be something to consider for people like me. I love that the app on my phone lets me know when the wash is complete. Very helpful for busy people or if you're not around the machine. I do wish that you could set a wash to start from your phone but otherwise, you can set for a delayed start. Clothes seem clean when complete and there is a nice little tune that plays when it's finished. It can be kinda loud when running but not for the entire time it's running. Only during certain cycles do you hear it.

We bought this LG washer based on the other LG products we purchased over the last few years,( Microwave, Dish Washer, Gas stove and Refrigerator ) along with a new dryer as a matching set. As always the quality of these products stand up to everyday use. The washer provides all of the washing options that my wife needs to the family laundry. Our requirements always start with product quality, features and finally the price.

My clothes come out cleaner and use less water. Hopefully, it will save me more money over the years. Lastly, the downloaded cycles are great, particularly the pet hair feature. I am an animal health professional, so I'm always covered in pet hair.
