[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy to get this new washing machine, it has so much space inside to the point my wife can't get the close on the bottom. We can wash much more clothes at the same time. Basically makes no noise and very efficient.

I bought this washer a month ago. So far, I like it. It has a very deep tub. I have to stand on my toes to reach the bottom of the washer to remove the clothes. I won't need to do as many loads of wash with the deep tub. I also like having a stainless-steel tub. The lid is clear. You can watch the machine wash your clothes. Never had a washer with a clear lid before so that is a novel idea. Only time will tell if this washer is a good one. I also like the bedding wash and heavy-duty wash cycles. I have used the bedding wash for my sheets, but, I have not used the heavy-duty cycle yet. I did research on this washer before I purchased it, and it did get a lot of good reviews.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looked and read about what washers we had to replace the LG we had that just went on the blink. the 7400 looked to be very good and one review had it as 1. Features seemed good although wifi not needed. Unfortunately it gave us problems immediately, both in terms of being way of balance and electronics messing up. So we returned it and got another LG model, rated top by CR. Odd though, less features than the 7400 but cost a bit more. HDepot took some off though. It was a pain to have to go thru the pickup and delivery again. But so far so very good on new model. We think the other model was either damaged in shipment though nothing visible, or just made after a holiday weekend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer! It's very easy to choose the different settings to contour to the wash load, it cleans the clothes really well too and quickly! I love that it connects to my phone so I always know when the load is completed!

Bought it about 3 weeks. I really like it so far. I'm able to download some different wash features and control it remotely with my LG app and it notifies me when loads are finished. A little concerned with it not having an agitator and getting clothes as clean it does have a turbo feature.

I am not happy with this machine. First the pressure sensor had to be replaced because it was not adding enough water. Now it's skipping the rinse cycle if I do a normal or speed wash. For this, they replaced the control panel. It's still doing it. I was told to do an extra rinse to overcome this issue but when I choose extra rinse, the machine changes from normal wash to a deep wash (which fills the tub to the top). So now, I have to either use heavy duty, or delicate for it not to skip the rinse cycle OR I can use the normal cycle twice, once with soap and once without. So annoying.

It has some annoying features: The lid locks, despite the fact that I have no children and do not need this safety feature. I would rather be able to throw a random item in the washer if it is forgotten at the start of the wash cycle. I also can't get used to the minimal amount of water used, so I choose the “Deep Wash” cycle just to get more water! Also, my clothes are often in a tangled mess when the washer shuts off. Is there any way to prevent this from happening?

I've only had this wasing machine a month, so that is the reason for only 3 stars......I bought it to replace a LG washer from 2011. I don't like the new LG washer control panel but that is just my preference and doesn't affect how the machine works. The quality of the machine seems cheaper than my old model too but I looked at several manufacturers and it seems all the new appliances are 'less than' in quality of materials used to make them so I guess that is just the sign of the times, however, in my opinion, the LG seemed sturdier. I do like the ability to add more water if I choose. When The washer says 60 minutes it means 60 minutes, my old washer would go for like 2 hours but say 15 min left. It fills much faster than my old machine which I like.

We are so happy with our choice for a washer. It washes great in all settings. It holds huge loads of clothes. Super for washing blankets and big comforters. It's so easy to program, even my husband can program it to do lots of special settings. It's also very quiet and attractive.
