We have 5 of these benches located around the ponds walking path where I live. 3 of the slats were damaged over time and I contacted Lifetime to inquire about replacement slats. The customer representative I spoke with was extremely helpful and got the slats sent right out to me.

I waited a long time on the phone and finally gave up, but left my number. Jonathan called me back in just a few minutes. He's the nicest guy. I tried ordering some slats that broke or cracked. We. Talked about the price for each and shipping costs. I tried to get the best price with least shipping possible. Jonathan was very helpful and patient. As we completed my order he said since I was a 1st time caller that they would fill my order for free even the shipping! He made my day!

We bought 2 of these benches to convert them into a picnic table and the mechanism is smooth and they are larger and more sturdy than we expected--easily seats 3 grownups and they are great as benches and as the converted picnic table. One slat was damaged on the back rest and there was also a gouge in the box so it was obviously a shipping issue. I called Lifetime and they were very efficient and friendly and immediately sent out a new slat with the screws, no hassle and no cost within 2-3 days.

Great quality and assembly was not too difficult.

I bought this Lifetime Convertible bench five years ago. They claim it's an outdoor bench, but after a few years outdoor, it begins to rust - big time. So much so, that it made me wonder why they call the company lifetime when it's far from that. The reality is the metal frame has deteriorated to the point where i hare to replace the entire bench from fear of it breaking while i sit on it. I mentioned this to the company who claimed it is only a two year warrantee - buyer beware!

We purchased several of these for our middle school outdoor classroom. Our teachers and kids love them! They are easy to use, easy to care for and very durable!!! Convenient too!

I love this bench. The seat part had a place that was crushed. I called Lifetime and Brady helped me get a new part. He was very helpful. I appreciate your warrantee.

It is very versatile in the fact you could use it as a table or a bench or put two together which works great. It also is light enough that you can maneuver around

We have loved these bench/picnic tables, they are durable enough for a commercial application and extremely versatil, we use them as half or full tables as well as benches. Great product with an innovative design!

This is a nice piece of patio furniture. It is solidly built pretty comfortable. It was easy to put together and looks great on our deck. The grand kids like the bench table to draw on.
