I would give this a 5 star except that one of the two benches we ordered came with a bent hinge. Customer service was very helpful but the part is coming from China and won't be here for 3 -5 months. Otherwise we are please thus far with our purchase.

Bought this in the fall. Took it out of the box for storage in my garage and when I went to put it together last weekend some parts were missing. I called and like magic my parts were on the way to me. Great company—great employees and I love my bench.

I’ve had my folding bench for many years now and have enjoyed it very much. As happens after it gets a little bit older, some of the screws started to get loose and I’ve lost a few of them. I called today and spoke to the rep Jonny, who said he would send them out right away at no charge. Absolutely amazing since it has been years that we’ve owned it and that that kind of service still applies. Very impressive. Thank you!

We recently replaced all of our outdoor Hardscape areas around our house. This bench was perfect to give us seating space on our back patio/porch area, that converts quickly into extra table space when we have family and friends over. It will also be handy as a potting bench when I redo my outdoor pots in the Spring.

We purchased two Lifetime and are really happy with them! Excellent product. A couple of weeks ago a storm came through with high winds that picked up one of our benches and threw it onto our brick fire pit- breaking three of the seating area slats. I contacted Lifetime to see what we needed to do in order to acquire replacements for the damaged parts- much to our surprise Heidi contacted us and Lifetime is sending replacements at no cost. Fantastic customer service, thank you Lifetime!

I have 4 convertible benches for my deck. When we have a large gathering we have a beautiful large picnic table and when we are done plenty of room for bench conversion to sit and visit. I recently had some slats pop at the ends. I contacted lifetime via e-mail to get replacement slats and not only did they respond right back but within a few hours they had them on their way at no charge. This is one heck of a great company. Neighbor came over and I told them about the service and he ordered 2 convertible benches for his patio. Rare and great company with one heck of a super service department. I'm a lifetime fan and all my future purchases is LIFETIME.

Trust me when I say this is money well spent. LIFETIME makes such great quality stuff and this bench is not only functional, but it's well built and so great to have as a bench and or table. Our kids love to eat on this outside and everyone that see's this product asks about it. Recently, I reached out to Lifetime regarding replacement parts after a few of these slats were damaged (my fault). Their customer service is responsive and incredibly helpful. They promptly shipped me exactly what I needed. I can't tell you how refreshing it is to work with a company that truly cares about it's product and customers.

We bought two of these benches and love them. We noticed two of the seat boards started popping up from the frame. Got in touch with customer service explained the issue showed proof of purchase (keep your receipt) and was told replacement parts would be sent no cost no hassle. Thank you lifetime!! Slats on my Convertible Bench were broken. I called to buy some replacement parts. The customer service representative sent me what I needed complimentary. They arrived a couple of days later. I am very pleased. I haven't experienced a company standing behind their product as well as this in a long time.
