I go to the lifetime store frequently to get gifts for my family members as well as others. I love their selection, I never have trouble with things being and stock, and the staff is always super helpful. The prices are very compare obal to other retailers, and I love that they have so many new fun products!

We bought two benches that make into a table 9 years ago and have loved them. We had a board crack after 9 years that’s not bad. Lifetime replaced this item . Very happy with this company. We live in Michigan and get some bad winters, we keep these out year around uncovered . Still in very good shape. I scrub them down in spring like I do with other outdoor items.

We inherited two of these benches and they were probably 5years old.. The slats on them broke twice.I was expecting to have to deal with things like receipts and warrantee registration...we didnt have any of those. Lifetime sent replacement slats both times...free of charge! Truely Lifetime support!

I have bought six of these convertible benches, but one had the screws in the back versus in the front as with the newer models. Impact on the front caused the slat to come apart from the rest of the assembly. Kyle and the Lifetime team wasted no time providing replacement parts to bring this bench up to par with the others. We bought 2 of these tables and couldn’t be happier. However when they arrived one of the bench slats was cracked and broken. I sent an email with pictures and received very prompt service considering we are in the midst of an of a pandemic. We will do business again in the future with lifetime.

This bench is great at multi-tasking. When we have people over for a cookout it becomes a picnic table. When it's a large crowd it is a comfortable bench for additional seating. When we're working in our terraced yard it becomes a two step platform. It's a great buy and addition to any yard or patio.

We bought this item and have used it for several years. A few slats cracked due to the weather and we contacted Lifetime to find if we could find replacements. The company sent us complete replacements. We are very impressed with the service and the product.

I love this bench and noticed after about a year and a half that one slat had a crack in it where the screw was put in. It just showed up all of a sudden. I called the customer service number on my paperwork and a very friendly young lady asked me a few short questions and sent me a new board

Great sturdy design - just wish it came assembled! Took my husband a couple of hours and a look at a YouTube assembly video to get it together, but it is better than we ever expected! Clean modern lines and very sturdy. Easy mechanism to switch from bench back to table top. Highly recommend.
