I had purchased 2 benches that converted into a full sized picnic table. We built one bench and then realized that parts were missing for the second bench and could not finish building. I reached out to Lifetime and they got back to me quickly. They were super helpful and parts were delivered quickly. Really happy.

I have owned two Lifetime Convertible Benches for many many years. They are so practical since they can be configured as either a picnic table or as two separate benches. Recently had an issue with some of the bench slats. Lifetimes customer service was phenomenal in their support and response in getting the needed replacement parts. I was truly impressed and amazed at their customer service.

I bought two of these folding benches at a big box store sometime between 5 and 10 years ago. We have used them a lot together as a picnic table on the patio and separately as benches around the fire pit. The other day, one of the slats broke and I googled and found this web site and filled out a contact form. That was Sept 5th. Today is Sept 11th and I received my replacement slat, including new screws. This wasn't a total surprise because in the interim I received several emails from Customer Service regarding the order and shipping status. Not only are these benches innovative and durable - being able to order a part and receive it in less than a week in this day and age is absolutely incredible.

I love this bench for it's versatility on my small upper deck in providing seating and a table surface when needed for dining. It would be perfect for a balcony that could accommodate the length. I must say the company has excellent customer service. Due to circumstances in these strange times I had to order replacement parts twice through the website after purchasing the bench from an online retailer. One part was missing when I began assembling the seat, then another several weeks later that I damaged trying to finish the back without a helper. Both replacements were made quickly and without any hassles. I did provide my original purchase information to them. The only improvement I could ask for would be a color addition to the lineup, black frame with grey boards. The brown works OK with my other chair but black would be better.

bought this about 5 years ago its been outside in the wet crappy english weather but still looks great and operates it should, lives unto it lifetime name also customer support 5 star sent me 3 replacement slats from the states free of charge what more can i say thanks.

These benches are so nice! Easy to convert, looks really sharp, and they’re several steps above the cheap plastic tables. It’s true, they don’t lay flat when stored, so they aren’t for you if that’s what you need. We’ve already gotten a lot of use out of them as both benches and tables. If I had one gripe, I’d say that I wish there was a bit more of a stain resistance on the slatted table material. We frequently eat dinner outside, and while they’re easy to wipe off, there’s spots leftover, like a grease spot. Not a huge deal, but my tidy soul wishes you could return it to pristine. The benches have been out in the sun for several weeks, as well as in pounding rain without issue. They really are an awesome, innovative design.

I bought this bench for my brother about 6 years ago. It withstood Ohio country winters, staying outside all year long. When his house unfortunately burned down two years ago, the bench was away from the house, and offered the firefighters a place to rest during the many hours trying to save the house. The house did not survive. The bench did. When a slat broke recently, Lifetime quickly sent a replacement. We are happy with the bench and the guarantee.

I bought the convertible bench for my small deck so I could use it for a picnic table. It is sturdy and looks wonderful! It's easy to convert to a bench just by squeezing the handle on either side. The hinge was missing a couple of holes and I had to call to get a replacement part. They sent that and had it in a week. Assembly wasn't too bad. I was able to assemble myself. Only tool needed that's not included is a needle nose plyer. I am very happy with my purchase.

Purchased the convertible bench table about six years ago and it looks as good now as it did when purchased even though it has been outside in temperatures ranging from minus 20 to 100 degrees. Recently noticed two of the slates had cracks where they were held in place with screws. Notified Lifetime representative and within two working days new slats were on the way, free of charge! Would purchase, if needed, another lifetime table without hesitation.

I contacted Lifetime to order a replacement slat for our convertible bench. We have enjoyed the bench and were hoping it was repairable. I receive a reply to my email the next day. After supplying the Model number and product ID i was notified the same day that the part had shipped. What great service. The part arrived today and is perfect. Thank you so much.
