No they don’t last a lifetime ,what does? Yes they cannot be exposed to sunlight 24/7 ,but mine has been out in harsh weather since 2011 I have had to replace the slats ,but easy to do. I am no longer under warranty,but still a bargain replacing them.The rep that helped me Sarah, is personable and friendly,besides helpful and speaks great English ,go figure,not like some suppliers.Very sweet lady,nice for a change!

I received 2 benches and had them for a short time when we experienced golf ball and baseball sized hail. The benches held up surprisingly well, but a couple of slats were broken. Understanding this is outside normal conditions, I contacted customer service to see if I could buy replacement slats. Lifetime not only provided replacement slats, but did so free of charge. Thank you Lifetime!

Was able to put this together with a second pair of hands, probably could have done it alone without much issue. All pieces were in the box but had to get a warranty replacement for one of the bench seats as there was shipping\handling damage at some point that cracked one end of the gray slats. Warranty was honored with a little longer wait time due to the COVID19 pandemic but it was faithfully honored and shipped promptly once processed.

I probably have a hundred lifetime products. I ran into some problems with a couple of my benches. Customer service was so quick and easy to work with and got everything fixed. Their tables and conveyance benches are extremely durable and easy to use.

We originally purchased this for my 85 year old Mother whom was living with us. She used it everyday, as a seat, and was able to easily convert it to a table by herself! Years later, when Mom was gone, we moved and a few slats were broken in the move. I contacted this company expecting to have to purchase these 2 slats myself. I received an email telling me these slats were on their way. For free! Wow! This is truly a LIFETIME product! Note- this happened while we were all on lockdown from the Pandemic! Yes, I will continue to purchase LIFETIME products!,,

bought this about 5 years ago its been outside in the wet crappy english weather but still looks great and operates it should, lives unto it lifetime name also customer support 5 star sent me 3 replacement slats from the states free of charge what more can i say thanks.

Lifetime website was very helpful. Needed replacement parts for my convertible bench, seat slats are cracking. It’s 10 years old and well used. The customer service guy was super helpful. I love this bench and would buy a new one but this one is still in really good condition and I didn’t want to be wasteful if I could just replace a few planks. Thank you for making such a great product and for awesome customer service.

We've had our convertible bench for many years and needed to replace some slats. The customer service rep was excellent. I also found the price for replacement slats to be very reasonable. We have a couple pieces of Lifetime furniture and have been very pleased with both the company and product.

I have a number of LT products which I feel are very well designed and built. Unfortunately, had some recent issues with 1 of my 2 convertible benches. I took pix and sent in with description of problem. A few days later I get an email confirming I'll be receiving the 2 parts broken and reminding 2 which may be suspect. No hassles and not even a call to haggle anything. That is exceptional Ethical & Professional PR one seldom experiences or even hears of. KUDOS and I will continue with more purchases of their products. And Highly recommend such to others on the fence!

I have owned two Lifetime Convertible Benches for many many years. They are so practical since they can be configured as either a picnic table or as two separate benches. Recently had an issue with some of the bench slats. Lifetimes customer service was phenomenal in their support and response in getting the needed replacement parts. I was truly impressed and amazed at their customer service.
