I go to the lifetime store frequently to get gifts for my family members as well as others. I love their selection, I never have trouble with things being and stock, and the staff is always super helpful. The prices are very compare obal to other retailers, and I love that they have so many new fun products!

I would give this a 5 star except that one of the two benches we ordered came with a bent hinge. Customer service was very helpful but the part is coming from China and won't be here for 3 -5 months. Otherwise we are please thus far with our purchase.

I bought a Lifetime folding bench a few years ago. One of the boards on the bench broke. I contacted Lifetime via email. The representative advised me that the bench was out of warranty, but he would gladly send me out a new replacement board. I can’t thank Lifetime and the representative enough.

I have owned two Lifetime Convertible Benches for many many years. They are so practical since they can be configured as either a picnic table or as two separate benches. Recently had an issue with some of the bench slats. Lifetimes customer service was phenomenal in their support and response in getting the needed replacement parts. I was truly impressed and amazed at their customer service.

We recently purchased 2 of these for use at our vacation home. They arrived as scheduled and the assembly was quick and easy with good instructions. The convertible bench/table along with ability to use the 2 of them together to form a picnic table makes them a perfect fit for our plans. I am certain that they will be used regularly and will provide years of service. Very happy so far!

We bought two of these benches and love them. We noticed two of the seat boards started popping up from the frame. Got in touch with customer service explained the issue showed proof of purchase (keep your receipt) and was told replacement parts would be sent no cost no hassle. Thank you lifetime!! We bought 2 of these benches to convert them into a picnic table and the mechanism is smooth and they are larger and more sturdy than we expected--easily seats 3 grownups and they are great as benches and as the converted picnic table. One slat was damaged on the back rest and there was also a gouge in the box so it was obviously a shipping issue. I called Lifetime and they were very efficient and friendly and immediately sent out a new slat with the screws, no hassle and no cost within 2-3 days.

I waited a long time on the phone and finally gave up, but left my number. Jonathan called me back in just a few minutes. He's the nicest guy. I tried ordering some slats that broke or cracked. We. Talked about the price for each and shipping costs. I tried to get the best price with least shipping possible. Jonathan was very helpful and patient. As we completed my order he said since I was a 1st time caller that they would fill my order for free even the shipping! He made my day!

Bought this in the fall. Took it out of the box for storage in my garage and when I went to put it together last weekend some parts were missing. I called and like magic my parts were on the way to me. Great company—great employees and I love my bench.

I have bought six of these convertible benches, but one had the screws in the back versus in the front as with the newer models. Impact on the front caused the slat to come apart from the rest of the assembly. Kyle and the Lifetime team wasted no time providing replacement parts to bring this bench up to par with the others.
