We have a lot of porch space and have 2 of these full tables (4 benches). They are exactly what we need when the family comes over. One set we have had for only 3 months and the other set for 5 years. They all function well and look great. The kids love to eat at them and the adults love to use them as a bench and sit on the porch.

We recently purchased 2 of these for use at our vacation home. They arrived as scheduled and the assembly was quick and easy with good instructions. The convertible bench/table along with ability to use the 2 of them together to form a picnic table makes them a perfect fit for our plans. I am certain that they will be used regularly and will provide years of service. Very happy so far!

Heidi responded to my request for two replacement planks (slates), and replied to me in record time. I am providing my EXCELLENT score solely based on Heidi's responsiveness. I do like the folding benches. I use them for a variety of purposes including sitting.

I bought a Lifetime folding bench a few years ago. One of the boards on the bench broke. I contacted Lifetime via email. The representative advised me that the bench was out of warranty, but he would gladly send me out a new replacement board. I can’t thank Lifetime and the representative enough.

We bought this a couple years ago and it has held up well. We have 3 kids and they have abused it in ways the only thing they broke was one of the wood slats which when I called lifetime they replaced for free and had it to me they in less than a week

I have two benches that are about ten years old. I had an issue with a broken slat. After contacting Lifetime I was connected with Heidi in customer service. Heidi addressed the problem, and responded promptly to every email and question or concern I had. Great company and service.

The bench has worked well for our little family. The slates did break after a while from being in the sun. When I contacted costumer services via email they quoted me a price and told me to call the 1800 number, when I did I was surprise that they offer to replace it for free under warranty. I was not expecting it and was really happy to save some money of course.

I have seven of these great benches. I think they will truly last a lifetime especially with the help of this wonderful customer service department. I've had the benches for years and needed some new screws for them and customer service sent me a bag of screws with no questions asked, no charge and mailed them free of charge. Terrific company.

I needed some replacement parts for my outdoor benches. Heidi helped me to replace the parts in a timely manner. She was professional, responsive, and highly effective communicator. Due my pleasant experience of coordinating with her, I have a positive experience with Lifetime and will continue staying with Lifetime products and be happy to introduce and share my experience with family and friends.

Great design. Solid construction. Heavy so it’s not going to blow over or away. Packaging was banged up in transit so lost some of the necessary bolts. Called company and they shipped another set out free of charge. Understandable instructions made it easy for two people to put together in about 1/2 hr. Love being able to walk in to sit down at table. Flipping table into bench is super easy, although I find the slant of the back uncomfortable (I’m short - probably fine for larger person).
