We love the finished product. Assembly was a bit challenging and a couple of suggestions for Lifetime are given later. I also used a screwdriver to loosen the extremely stiff cotter key by inserting and twisting the screwdriver into the end of the cotter key. The rubber mallet then was used to snap the key into the hole by holding the bar on a cement step with my foot and pounding a quick snap of the mallet to the cotter key loop. Perhaps a lighter weight cotter key would have been a better choice by Lifetime.

Purchased two benches so that I could have a picnic table when needed. Very nice construction and lovely harbor grey color. One of the boxes was punctured during shipment damaging one of the slats on the bottom bench. Lifetime came through with the replacement slat that’s now on its way. So happy with customer service! Looking forward to eating outside after grilling!

Clear instructions that are easy to follow. When assembled the quality very good and easy conversion between table and bench. Excellent customer service as I needed to make contact. Overall I am delighted with the bench, just need weather to warm up so I can use it.

This product is exactly what we needed for out deck. When entertaining, we can use the units as benches or as a table. We bought four units to make two tables so when four couples come over, we are seated very comfortably. They sit outdoors and there will be no annual maintenance or staining! One unit had a damaged seat slat in shipping, the company sent one to me at no cost.

I just received this bench so can't say more than first impressions. I have a very long deck and porch that is only 6 feet wide. This bench is perfect for my outdoor eating needs. Love how it looks and fits in narrow space. Very solid metal frame and plastic wood should last for years. Very attractive -I ordered the natural wood color with brown frame. It's great. I did have one board that arrived damaged. One call to Lifetime and a new board was sent FedEx immediately. Great customer service. Very happy in every way.

We have had these convertible tables (4) on the porch our beach house for 5 years. It is a public venue which hosts small weddings and receptions. They have held up great. Lifetime was gracious enough to have a replacement sent to my home, in less than 1 week that I was comuminicating with them by email. GREAT JOB! Great concept. Sturdy construction and easy to follow directions. Biggest issue is the provided washers that allow it to convert to a table are very flimsy. Even though we followed the directions and didn’t tighten the nut too much, the washer disintegrated while we were just testing the function of the bench to table. We had to go to the store and buy more durable washers, disassemble that part, then reassemble it. It now works fine but I wonder how long it will last before those need to be replaced again. Such a shame that part was such a pain. It should include better washers.
