I've had this bench for a number of years and have not had any problems with it. It has remained outdoors uncovered without incident. Recently one of the slats on the seat of the bench cracked and I had to order a replacement.

Love these benches! We now have 3 by our fire pit. They hold up very well even through our long Montana winters!

I wanted a table outside for my staff to eat at during the pandemic. My husband and I put it together in a little less than 2 hours. It was a little bit challenging for us, but credit to the manufacturer that all the parts were labeled and securely packaged. Directions were clear, step by step, and we did not have a misstep. Tips: have a rubber mallet and use the head to support the weight of the table against the leg while putting in the long screws, and a flashlight can help you align the holes underneath the table. The bottom line is that this bench/table is gorgeous, sleek and solid. The staff loves the table and so do so many passers by.

I lost a spring while assembling and I called for information about replacing it. I spoke to Rian from a call back. I explained I needed the spring and without hesitation there was an offer to send a free replacement. Rian was warm, friendly, and a great positive attitude. Thank you

I bought 3 new convertible benches as add ons to the previous 4 that I bought a few years ago. There was discoloration on the slots for two units (on the sitting bench and the table top). Jonathan was very helpful.

I called to get replacement slats for my bench. The representative was very helpful and even decided they could be replaced without cost.
