I bought this product about 6 months ago and when we opened it one of the slats had a crack in it but when I called lifetime it was easy to get it replaced real easy to work with thank you lifetime and the associate was awesome

We bought these benches 3-4 years ago. We’ve really enjoyed them. The are essential for our annual crab feasts! We had an issue with a few screws loosening but customer service was excellent and resolved our issue.

I appreciated Gage's candidness and going above and beyond my expectations in replacing my slats for my two Model 60054 bench tables...I will be purchasing more LIFETIME products in the future!

We have had the convertible bench at our business for over a decade and it still works perfect. Several slats have broken over the years, but CS has promptly replaced them for free.

I am happy with your products. Purchased Lifetime picnic tables (2) two yrs ago and last fall 2 convertible benches. One slat on the bench seat was broken in the box at delivery. One will be shipped to me when available and I appreciate that!

I bought 3 new convertible benches as add ons to the previous 4 that I bought a few years ago. There was discoloration on the slots for two units (on the sitting bench and the table top). Jonathan was very helpful.

Have bought 4 of the convertible benches over the last 2 years and they are AWESOME!! We lost a couple of screws out of the bench and Justin provided us with excellent customer service.

Love my Lifetime convertible Bench/table but 2 slats cracked- Randy in customer service very efficiently, without hassle, agreed to replace them-shipping them right away-they really will last a Lifetime!

I bought this and found one of the slats was damaged. Customer services were great and supplied a replacement straight away. We love this product and its versatility to convert from bench and table to bench only.

I bought two of these benches. The quality is unmatched by others. It is very well made. Two different parts were missing from the box, but they were very quickly replaced and great service.
