We have had the convertible bench at our business for over a decade and it still works perfect. Several slats have broken over the years, but CS has promptly replaced them for free.

I appreciated Gage's candidness and going above and beyond my expectations in replacing my slats for my two Model 60054 bench tables...I will be purchasing more LIFETIME products in the future!

Bought two benches in 2015. One slat broke, and I requested a replacement. Turns out they no longer make those slats, so they replaced the seat and backrest at a very minimal charge. Couldn’t be happier! Next up - adding a glider!

We have had this bench for years. It has served us well. However after years of service several of the slats broke. Lifetime replaced the slats no problem. Great customer service

After using this for a summer I couldn't be happier. It is solid, and attractive. I accidentally damaged one of the slats, and after sending photos to customer service I planned on buying a replacement but Lifetime sent it to me no charge!

We saw one of these at a cabin we rented ans I ordered one right in the spot. This thing is awesome. Bench or table we use it each way all the time. It’s sturdy and was fairly easy to put together.

We purchased this bench over 5 years ago. We use it all the time and love it. We recently had 2 slats crack. I contacted customer service and they are sending the slats free of charge. It was totally unexpected and much appreciated

Great sturdy bench and easy to assemble

I recently bought this bench recently and I am very happy with it. I received it within a week, set up was simple and easy and took less than an hour to complete.
