I've had this bench for a number of years and have not had any problems with it. It has remained outdoors uncovered without incident. Recently one of the slats on the seat of the bench cracked and I had to order a replacement.

I need some replacement parts and Randy was able to help me to solve this problem. He was quick and eager to help. Just based on my experiences with customer service, I would say I am a lifetime "Lifetime" customer.

Did the research and knew that it was what we wanted. Bought 2. Made very well. Like you can set as a bench or in our case a table by putting the 2 together. Very happy

I bought this product about 6 months ago and when we opened it one of the slats had a crack in it but when I called lifetime it was easy to get it replaced real easy to work with thank you lifetime and the associate was awesome

I bought two of the convertible benches at Costco. They are high quality benches and very attractive. Couple slats broke due to our four rambunctious boys. lifetime replacement parts were sent to us free of charge. I’m a lifetime customer for life!

After using this for a summer I couldn't be happier. It is solid, and attractive. I accidentally damaged one of the slats, and after sending photos to customer service I planned on buying a replacement but Lifetime sent it to me no charge!
