We have had the convertible bench at our business for over a decade and it still works perfect. Several slats have broken over the years, but CS has promptly replaced them for free.

Customer service was quick to respond to the warranty request I submitted. Great communication. The parts were going to be 3 months out , but ended up receiving the parts much sooner!

I bought this product about 6 months ago and when we opened it one of the slats had a crack in it but when I called lifetime it was easy to get it replaced real easy to work with thank you lifetime and the associate was awesome
