I bought this and found one of the slats was damaged. Customer services were great and supplied a replacement straight away. We love this product and its versatility to convert from bench and table to bench only.

I've had this for several years and have loved it. The slats split so I called Lifetime and they UPS'ed me some new slats at no charge. I'd have given it 5 stars if not for the fact that the slats splitting seems to be a common complaint.

I needed to order replacement slats for my convertible benches but wasn’t sure on my model no. Devon helped me through that and included the associated fasteners.

Bought two benches in 2015. One slat broke, and I requested a replacement. Turns out they no longer make those slats, so they replaced the seat and backrest at a very minimal charge. Couldn’t be happier! Next up - adding a glider!

We purchased this bench over 5 years ago. We use it all the time and love it. We recently had 2 slats crack. I contacted customer service and they are sending the slats free of charge. It was totally unexpected and much appreciated

I have multiple lifetime products and all have exceeded my expectations and are still functional, even in Seattle where it does nothing but rain. When I did need customer support they too exceeded my expectations.

I am happy with your products. Purchased Lifetime picnic tables (2) two yrs ago and last fall 2 convertible benches. One slat on the bench seat was broken in the box at delivery. One will be shipped to me when available and I appreciate that!

We bought these benches 3-4 years ago. We’ve really enjoyed them. The are essential for our annual crab feasts! We had an issue with a few screws loosening but customer service was excellent and resolved our issue.

Customer service was quick to respond to the warranty request I submitted. Great communication. The parts were going to be 3 months out , but ended up receiving the parts much sooner!
