Works Great

I ordered one for our house as we just had all of our floors replaced with luxury vinyl plank (2300 sq feet). Needed something other than a manual mop. This works well. I can get about 2/3 of my house cleaned on a single charge. I love the self clean mode. I then ordered another one for both of my daughters and they love them too. I got this on sale for $199.99 with free delivery.

Day 1

Ok I have a loyal Floormate gal until my floormate broke and with new tile floors it didn't really do great. So testing this product. So far impressed day 1 the machine pulled dirt like no one's business without streaks. And I'm psyched about the self cleaning mode which is impressive. I will report back on day 30.

Don't waste your money!

They work great until they break and they ALWAYS break. The first two times mine broke they would repair it after talking to customer service but the last time they told me they no longer had those parts because by that time my mop was slightly over 2 yrs old. My mother-in-law has had the same issues with hers.

I love how clean this gets my floors. I feel confident that it thoroughly cleans my hard wood floors without damaging them. I have a golden retriever and it sucks up the hair with no problem. I only gave it 4 stars because it is so difficult to get a replacement head. I forgot to remove it after the cleaning cycle and it smells so bad. They don't sell replacement heads separately unless you contact a Tineco representative directly and they order it for you.

It's OK.

This unit actually does a nice job cleaning the floors. I was skeptical since it doesn't use much water and figured it was just pushing dirt around. I have a couple dogs so I vacuumed before hand since there's a lot of hair. This did a great job picking up what the vacuum didn't and left the floors looking great. The battery life is good on regular speed but if you use the max clean, you cut that down to half and hardly enough to do a room. If you have a lot of spaces to do plan on doing your floors in 2 days instead of just getting it all done. It doesn't flatten out so you can't get under furniture. It also doesn't get close up to walls and leaves about an 1 1/2" gap of uncleaned floor. I cleaned it after each use and let those parts dry on the counter, but after 3 uses the machine smelled. I I recommend to empty the reservoir in the sink so it could strain out the hair instead of flushing to avoid clogs. So with the hassle of cleaning the machine and all the parts, it not getting close the the edges, the smell and having to plan doing floors for 2 days, I am returning. Plus you still have to get behind the toilet and wherever this won't fit by hand.
