Works Great
I ordered one for our house as we just had all of our floors replaced with luxury vinyl plank (2300 sq feet). Needed something other than a manual mop. This works well. I can get about 2/3 of my house cleaned on a single charge. I love the self clean mode. I then ordered another one for both of my daughters and they love them too. I got this on sale for $199.99 with free delivery.

Don't waste your money!
They work great until they break and they ALWAYS break. The first two times mine broke they would repair it after talking to customer service but the last time they told me they no longer had those parts because by that time my mop was slightly over 2 yrs old. My mother-in-law has had the same issues with hers.

Day 1
Ok I have a loyal Floormate gal until my floormate broke and with new tile floors it didn't really do great. So testing this product. So far impressed day 1 the machine pulled dirt like no one's business without streaks. And I'm psyched about the self cleaning mode which is impressive. I will report back on day 30.
Hated it
I was really excited to try this based on all the glowing reviews, but boy did it fall short. The suction is decent and easily picks up hair and debris, but the wet roller is a disappointment. It took over 30 passes to remove a dried-on soda spot from earlier in the day. About 15 minutes in, the dirty water reservoir started spraying across the front of the unit, even reaching my walls from the pressure. It also started leaving small puddles behind. Even after emptying it, the same thing happened when I resumed cleaning. Plus, the machine doesn’t separate dirt from water. You end up with hair and debris floating in the reservoir, which you have to fish out by hand. I had hoped to just dump everything down the toilet or garbage disposal, but not with all that hair. On top of that, every component needs to be manually cleaned after each use. All told, it’s more hassle and mess than the convenience it promises. I’d rather toss my steam-mop cover in the wash and be done. I'll stick with vacuuming first and then steam mopping.

i absolutely love this machine. i am disabled and this is easy for me to use. i find it easier than traditional mopping. Plus I think my floors look cleaner.

I love how clean this gets my floors. I feel confident that it thoroughly cleans my hard wood floors without damaging them. I have a golden retriever and it sucks up the hair with no problem. I only gave it 4 stars because it is so difficult to get a replacement head. I forgot to remove it after the cleaning cycle and it smells so bad. They don't sell replacement heads separately unless you contact a Tineco representative directly and they order it for you.
