I'm a Hispanic woman in my 30s and was able to set it up alone. Will keep yall posted jic anything changes. But happy so far with the way it looks and performs. I've never had a better looking washer than this one.

We are very disappointed in the cleaning capabilities of this machine. There is only enough water in the "normal" cycle to dampen the load and not enough water to get the load clean. Everything smells like it has not been washed. The only way to get more water is to use the "bedding" cycle for all loads. However, even on the "bedding" cycle there is not enough water to thoroughly clean and rinse a set of sheets.

We bought the washer 4 months ago and the first couple washes were ok. Then the tub inside would bounce and hit the door when the spin cycle started and stopped. I called samsung support twice and with a bunch of hassle almost 2 months later I finally had someone come and take a look. The tech did not do a thorough check and told me to try a load which he told me 4 towels is as much as I can put in. Of course it worked fine. After he left I put what a normal load of laundry should look like and it bounced everywhere. I called samsung again and because the tech said there's nothing wrong, they can't send a new tech or refund etc. I am so disappointed. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I bought this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I have had about a week now of putting the Samsung 6000 series washer through its paces. Honestly I was hesitant to switch to a front load. I can confidently say that it has been the absolute best washer I have ever had the pleasure of using. I no longer have to worry about if my clothes are going to come out clean. Not to mention just how quiet it is! The first couple uses I had to hang by the machine for a minute just to make sure it was actually washing because it is just that quiet. The lovely LED display tells you exactly how much time each setting will take and that has been lovely when trying to decide if I have time to wait on that extra spin cycle or not. The washer had a slew of preset options, but with each one you are able to customize the rinse, spin, temp, and soil level. Your laundry is washed exactly how you want it to be. Heavy Duty, Delicates, and Bedding are the presets I have used the most so far. Also noteworthy is just low musical the machine is. When powered off or on the machine plays a little tune, each button press is a musical chirp, and at the end of cycle it serenades you with tune.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This washer is easy to use, easy to clean and has a real large drum to accommodate all your laundry loads. This washer has 10 different cycles you can use and the best part is Samsung has added a design to help prevent mold buildup around the rubber door seal.

It came with the house, and was brand new. The washer did a wonderful job at washing clothes. It is quiet, and seems to be very efficient. The reason I gave it a three Star rating is because it is a front load washer. This is the second front load washer we have owned, and after the first, I said, I would never buy one. But it came with the house we bought. We have lived here for two years and it is time to replace the washer. The problem with front load washers is that no matter what you do, they always tend to smell like mold and mildew. We would leave the front door open on the washer. After each load, I cleaned the washer every time it started to smell or when the washing machine told me it needed cleaned. I ended up just cleaning it no matter what every two weeks. It still smells! I just don’t understand that at all.

The washer is quiet and the dryer works good. I like that you can see how many mins there are left in the cycle and all the ways to customize settings. They are also very pretty! Love the color and the sounds. 😊

Bought this washer (and dryer) about a month ago after returning the washer and dryer we had (9 months old and under warranty) when the manufacturer refused to repair it due to us living in a rural area. We picked out the Samsung set and so far we’re very happy! Works great, quiet, and looks good. Hopefully they continue to perform well, but so far so good. We’d definitely recommend this washer!

I didn't realize the old (different brand) machine was performing so poorly until I ran my first load of clothes through the new one. They came out so much cleaner than before and the spin cycle was very effective, the clothes dried quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I’ve had this for a week. It’s quiet. It washes very well. Looking forward to washing larger items such as blankets. And using the bedding and sanitize modes. Really to soon to give a great review. The only thing I wish it had was a regular beep to cycle start/finish I know there are different sounds and an off altogether. The chime gets a little old real quick. Other than that....so far so good. I’m happy with the purchase.
