[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product a month ago and am pleased with the results. It has a smaller depth than many of the new machines, which is what I need for my smaller space. Still has all the bells and whistles of a more expensive washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer for almost a year now and it works well. It uses less water than our old top loading washer and still gets the clothes clean. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to leave it open or it smells bad, and the filter/drain is hard to catch the water unless it’s on a pedestal.

i purchased this washer in oct 2016, my samsung washer worked great through 2017 and 2018 i stored my washer and dryer ( in garage ) 2019 ,6 months of 2020 . i finished the house , hired a handyman to move and connect washer and discovered the washer internal hoses have deteriorated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so thrilled with is new machine I had a Samsung washer bought in 2010 and I thought it was great until I got this one the closeness feel so dry when you get them out of the washer and takes less time to dry.

At first it was good, but then about 2 months in, it became gradually more unbalanced and eventually wild, shaking and pounding like crazy, no matter the load. Now, the door will not latch closed and today, the little cover over the drain on the front stopped closing. What a disappointment.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because if you don't wipe down the inside of the door, the rubber ring, and the detergent drawer the washer starts to emit a smell. I'm not sure if this is normal as this is the first front load washer I've ever purchased. Otherwise, it's great!

I can't believe how easy this washer is to use! I really like the blue LED Lighting it is even on the dial. My wife and I's favorite setting on the washer is the normal setting, you can even change how high your spin is, how cool is that? This was so easy to set up and start using. Have I discussed with how quiet this washer is? I can not even really hear it running when we are using it. Oh something else cool about this washer is the Self Clean! It's super easy to use as well and the manual explains how to use all the different settings on this nifty washer! I highly recommend this to anyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never been so geeked out getting an appliance as I am with the Samsung washer and dryer! This washing machine has a wide variety of settings for washing, which is great for a large family and lots of laundry to do. The bedding and waterproof items setting are awesome! Without the center cylinder, things like this can tangle, but not so with this setting. I was able to wash and dry my giant comforter in literally half the time! I love that it reminds me of when it is time to clean the machine and love the schedule setting, it's perfect for my crazy lifestyle. I am able to start a load when I leave work and have it done by the time I get home, leaving no time for wet smells to start! The self-clean cycle is great. You will enjoy the little chime that goes off when the load is done, it's such a happy little sound. It's only been a week but it's been love at first sight!
