[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gets the job done, but not as sturdy a build as older models. Door and soap drawers are both light plastic when older models have much more solid builds. On the plus side, clothes get noticeably clean. I'm just not sure if it is built to last.

When I sold my house I had to leave my samsung washer and dryer behind. This is a repurchase of a newer model in my new home. It is very efficient in cleaning with several other functions on the washing machine that help provide the best possible outcome for my clothing with great care.

Constant odor. Cleaning machine makes no difference. Must leak into inaccessible areas. Have to keep door open all the time to avoid overpowering mildew odor which doesn’t make one feel confident about sanitary conditions for washing items. This started almost immediately. Huge hassle to try to get service. Gave up. Also, legs won’t stay balanced long. Had my previous (NOT Samsung) washer for over 10 years. Should have kept it. This one is terrible.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer for almost a year now and it works well. It uses less water than our old top loading washer and still gets the clothes clean. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to leave it open or it smells bad, and the filter/drain is hard to catch the water unless it’s on a pedestal.

I can't believe how easy this washer is to use! I really like the blue LED Lighting it is even on the dial. My wife and I's favorite setting on the washer is the normal setting, you can even change how high your spin is, how cool is that? This was so easy to set up and start using. Have I discussed with how quiet this washer is? I can not even really hear it running when we are using it. Oh something else cool about this washer is the Self Clean! It's super easy to use as well and the manual explains how to use all the different settings on this nifty washer! I highly recommend this to anyone!

The drum sure seems to run out of balance during rinse cycles and I have not figured out what holds the drum in place yet. Since it is only 2 months old it seems to work fine but not like my last one that was 17 years old when it started giving out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the washer is big enough to fit our king size bedding and smart enough with its sensors to not use more water than is necessary for small loads. There are many options with each of the settings so you can make the washer fit whatever the needs of the specific load are. Coming from an old top load washer I absolutely love how much more efficient this washer is and saves on water and detergent. The washer has a sleek modern look with blue LEDs to indicate the selected settings as well as the current status of the load.

Bought this machine 1 1/2 years ago . Last Night it flooded my floor ( I heard the water pouring onto floor ) . I dont know where the water came from but I know where it did not come from . The hoses are perfect and connection to machine also perfect ( no water) . So the issue is the machine itself . I double checked the filter which had barley a piece of lint in it . I unplugged it .. waited plugged again just to get water out of machine .... well it wouldnt spin or drain . I used the emergency drain to try to get the water out and NO water came out yet there is water in the machine. You dont expect a washer to flood your floor being 1 1/2 years old .. so beware .. the machine also never once had anything pop up to self clean . I do make sure it is clean but no message like they said . I was a long time Samsung appliance user ( my fridge , my dishwasher ) BUT they are not making things like they used to . I am looking for a new machine since warranty was for 1 year ( used to be 2 years .. wonder why .. you know why ) ... so I wont be buying Samsung . do not buy this or you might have a flood and yes it causes lots of issues when floor is flooded.

I found it intuitive to operate. Washer tub is a good size for my weekly washing needs. Overall I recommend this companies products.
