[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this unit, first off it looks beautiful and sleek in my home. The capacity is perfect, can wash a queen sized comforter with no problems. I also love the steam washing on it for those hard to clean items. I haven’t noticed any unusual or loud noises, seems pretty quiet. Vibration is pretty good- the only time I saw a little movement was when washing large towels. Other than that- love this!

Fits a good amount of clothes and cleans perfectly with the AI feature. Sounds just like a washer and dryer but not overly too loud, but loud enough to where you find hear the beep when it’s done. Seems stable and doesn’t shake whenever washing or drying.

Very quiet for when the kids are asleep fits amazingly in the small space with have. Doesn't vibrate or move around the laundry room! Holds a big load of laundry!

The clothes come out very clean and much drier than with my old machine, which saves time on hanging them up. Highly recommend this washer!

They often come with features like Steam Wash, which helps tackle tough stains and sanitize clothes. Many models also have a Self Clean+ cycle that cleans the drum and removes bacteria without harsh chemicals, which is super handy for keeping the washer itself fresh.

Had it a few months. Started off great.. now a few months in its soooo loud.. isn't vibration reduction even in the title?.. with the experience I've had they need to remove that from the description of this product.. I had a tech come out the beginning of this month which was pointless and told me something of the effect that it was because of the foundation of my home.. im not an idiot im aware that washers vibrate to a certain extent.. but this is ridiculous.. Now I still have to say I am a Samsung fan boy and if Samsung will just refund me the initial money spent on this unit I'll purchase another washer directly from Samsung of greater value and I'd be happy to pay the difference

Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure. I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!
