I love the adjustability of each load - being able to select from 5 options for temp, rinse, spin, and soil is wonderful and being able to see how each adjustment changes the wash time is brilliant! Does a great job cleaning my clothes It's quiet, and stays put - doesn't rattle like my old machine. I do wish the alarm it played when the wash is done was louder or even adjustable! I can't hear it from my first floor. I am disappointed that the Smart Care option doesn't connect to my phone to tell me when the load is finished.

Overall capacity is excellent handles large bed comforts with ease. Very low noise level. Drum made of stainless for long life. Very stable no walking, just make sure your machine is level using leg level feet. Vibration is normal nothing excessive, as of all washers some vibration noted

I'm very happy with this range. The capacity is excellent and gives me plenty of room to cook multiple dishes at once. It's also easy to maintain, and cleanliness hasn't been an issue because the surfaces are simple to wipe down. The range operates with very little noise, which I appreciate. The 4.5 cu. ft. capacity easily holds large loads like bedding and heavy towels without any strain. It runs surprisingly quiet, and the vibration reduction really works well—no shaking or walking across the floor during spin cycles. The Self Clean+ feature is a huge plus for keeping everything fresh and odor-free without extra work. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The capacity on the washer is pretty fair with a full laundry basket. I probably have to do about two loads for them to be efficiently washed. The noise is minimal. I haven't had any problems with the stability or vibration. It stays put so it's far better than the top loader washer. I trust it to get my clothes clean and to take care of my sensitive items.

Had it a few months. Started off great.. now a few months in its soooo loud.. isn't vibration reduction even in the title?.. with the experience I've had they need to remove that from the description of this product.. I had a tech come out the beginning of this month which was pointless and told me something of the effect that it was because of the foundation of my home.. im not an idiot im aware that washers vibrate to a certain extent.. but this is ridiculous.. Now I still have to say I am a Samsung fan boy and if Samsung will just refund me the initial money spent on this unit I'll purchase another washer directly from Samsung of greater value and I'd be happy to pay the difference

Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure. I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!
