this washing machine is overall very good, providing clean clothes, having multiple different cycle options, etc. the only issues i have is how long it takes, which is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, and how it doesn’t fit much. overloading the machine causes the clothes to stay extremely wet, leaving me having to do a spin cycle to dry them a little more before putting them in the dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung washer. I’ve had it for overall two months and it works great. There is one problem. I only seen in fine print and it said to make sure you put the bedding comforters. There’s an option to click specifically for that type of wash, and now the spin only doesn’t work, but now that I put The bedding option it works great I cannot complain. It’s really sufficient. I really recommend.

this front load washer has really decent capacity . was able to wash a king sized comforter without difficulty and probably could have added sheets and pillow cases as well without impacting cleaning efficiency. settings based on cycle selected aren't exactly optimal (i.e. selecting delicates or perm press you have limited ability to adjust spin or soil level for your liking). For this reason, really only use the normal cycle setting, requiring multiple button presses to get to the right settings for a specific load. With the laundry room door closed, you can hear the water running in and sometimes hear some noise from clothing during the cycle, but its not overbearing. Spin cycle is super quiet, little to no vibration heard, even at the highest speed! A stand would probably make unloading easier, avoiding the back strain to get clothes out since its the bottom in a stacked setup. Overall, happy with the effectiveness of the main job which is getting clothes clean!

Cleans fast and very good capacity. They vibration and noise is minimal. The efficiency is far above your previous washer.

This washer is easy to use and the washer is less noisy compared to other washers I have used in the past. Since we are a family of three, we are able to wash all ours clothes in this large capacity washer in no time. Due to the low noise, there is barely any vibration that is felt near the dryer close by. Lastly, when the clothes come out, they look and smell cleaned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my washing machine, when my last one broke I thought about not getting anything and just go to a laundromat, but do to my work schedules we decided to get another set, every night I have to do laundry I really feel the relieve and can’t denied a feeling of gratitude for been able to do this! The different cycles are huge for all different laundry’s I do, husband work clothing, boys from school, sports!! The self cleaning feature, no noise, zero vibration… come on!!! WIN 🏆

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It looks pretty, and cleans well until the water pump goes out, the hose develops a hole, and it's leaking internally from the detergent / bleach tray, and therefore all over your floor. I love Samsung phones, but the Appliances don't last long. Our washer and fridge both broke within 6 months of each other. Never again.
