I was excited to get this new Samsung machine. My old one, also a Samsung died after 14 years of use and I was happy with that one. I am disappointed that the new machine does not let me select a cold rinse for every cycle. It only rinses the laundry cold when selecting cold as the wash temperature, so no hot wash & cold rinse or even warm wash &cold rinse is possible. The laundry always comes steaming warm. It would be more energy efficient if the cold rinse could be used at all wash temperatures.

I like the lool of this machine and it cleans well. It’s just a bit noisy. It’s in the first floor but sometimes I can hear it from upstairs when it’s running.

Previously owned older 10y model that would occasionally leak. Stuck with the same brand because it matched the dryer I had. So far I can def see this is an upgrade. Pleased.
