[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that I don't have to dry my cloths as long as it sure spins out the water, and I notice that there is hardly anything in the dryer filter also. Cloths do look a lot cleaner with the front load washer now also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer fits perfectly with my dryer into my laundry space in my new home. The front loading is easy for me height wise, but not too low for my taller family members. The capacity is a huge upgrade from my previous washer, allowing me to wash my king size comforter and sheets in one load. The washer machine is so quiet during the entire cycle that I don't hear it even in the room right next to it or feel any vibration at all. Having the ability to connect the washer to SmartThings app allows me to control and get notifications on my load of clothes so I don't have to worry about them sitting for long periods of time if I forget or am doing something else around the house.

I should have researched this better... Hardly got out of warranty period and started having issues. Machine chews up clothing. Keeps getting stuck pumping out water when there is no water in it. If you press the "smart care" button it just brings up an blank screen and has to be unplugged. Will only wash cloths on "normal" any other setting causes it to endlessly pump water. Half the buttons are smudged off, so you can't read them..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was delivered today. I have a large family 3 kids and two adults. Laundry is a huge part of my life and I never knew how loud my precious washer was till I ran a 2 cycles in this Samsung washer. It’s so crazy quiet and wrings out the clothes perfectly so it cuts down on dry time. I also was in love with the color of the washer and the beautiful completion chime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased the 4.5 cu. ft. Front Load Washer with Vibration Reduction Technology+ in Brushed Black, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. This washer combines performance, style, and convenience perfectly. The Brushed Black finish gives it a modern, premium look that really stands out in my laundry area. It’s not only beautiful but also easy to keep clean and smudge-free. Performance-wise, it’s outstanding. The Vibration Reduction Technology+ really works — even during high-speed spins, it runs quietly and smoothly with almost no shaking. It’s ideal for upstairs laundry setups or smaller spaces. The 4.5 cu. ft. capacity is perfect for large loads, bedding, and bulky items, yet it still handles smaller loads efficiently. Clothes come out fresh, clean, and nearly dry thanks to the powerful spin cycle. I also love the energy efficiency — it uses less water and power than my old washer, which saves money over time. The intuitive controls and multiple cycle options make it simple to customize each load, whether it’s delicates, heavy-duty items, or quick washes. The digital display is clear and easy to use. Overall, this washer has exceeded my expectations. It’s quiet, efficient, and stylish — everything you could want in a modern front load washer. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new washer looks great, runs quietly and smoothly, and was reasonably priced. There are enough cycle options to meet almost every imaginable job. Our only suggestion for improvement would be to include more illustrations in the product literature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me just say 😍 I’m absolutely in love with the brushed black finish—it looks sleek, modern, and totally elevates my laundry room. Between the quiet operation, powerful clean, and space-saving stackable design, this set gave my little laundry zone full luxury-suite energy. The washer runs whisper-quiet with barely any vibration (and I mean barely, bay-bee), even during the spin cycle. My clothes come out fresh and clean every time, and that Self-Clean+ feature keeps the drum spotless without me lifting a finger—bless it. 🙌 The dryer is just as impressive. The Sensor Dry feature is so smart it practically has a PhD in fabric care. I love how it adjusts automatically so nothing overheats or over-dries. The drum light is a cute touch too—no more losing socks to the laundry abyss! Between the performance, look, and ease of use, this duo is worth every penny. My laundry room officially looks like it belongs in a home design magazine—with black and white stripes and Tiffany blue accents to match. 💙 Bottom line: Quiet, efficient, stylish, and reliable. If you’re looking for appliances that look good and work hard, this Samsung set is it. 🖤✨

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Capacity is big with enough space to store all of out clothes. The design is very sleek with a black outside that's very clean. Performance is top notch while also being quiet. So many features in the technology and it doesn't vibrate as much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung washing machine and definitely not my last! It fits so much in a wash, has lots of settings and outperforms al other machines in terms of cleanliness. I love the cycle options as well as the 5 settings for rinse. The clothes come out very clean and barely wet!
