i bought this a week ago and 1st time use, when it spin ,the machine shake like it's out of control. and move around . if i havenot been there when it spin, it would have stretch the plug and water hoses, this could result in a very dangerous situation. this products should not be put to sell with out testing.

I do like the fact that it has a different and improved motor system and also has easy access to the washer filter for periodic cleaning. I also like the fact that if desired you can access the washer via bluetooth app. However, I urge all to read the reviews before connecting. To connect you must give access to all of your personal cellphone information including your blood type..grin, well almost.

And using the bedding and sanitize modes. Really to soon to give a great review. The only thing I wish it had was a regular beep to cycle start/finish I know there are different sounds and an off altogether. The chime gets a little old real quick. Other than that....so far so good. I’m happy with the purchase.

They have all the features we were looking for at a price point that made they an excellent choice. With them stacked the amount of floorspace they require is cut in half and are still accessible for me 6'3" and my wife 5'5". Having the stackable option was one we were looking for as it allowed us to maintain counter space for folding.

It washes our clothes well , easy to clean and dry. I was nervous about getting a front loader because of mold horror stories, but this washer has been great and easy to dry so no smell!

Had it a few months. Started off great.. now a few months in its soooo loud.. isn't vibration reduction even in the title?.. with the experience I've had they need to remove that from the description of this product.. I had a tech come out the beginning of this month which was pointless and told me something of the effect that it was because of the foundation of my home.. im not an idiot im aware that washers vibrate to a certain extent.. but this is ridiculous.. Now I still have to say I am a Samsung fan boy and if Samsung will just refund me the initial money spent on this unit I'll purchase another washer directly from Samsung of greater value and I'd be happy to pay the difference

Purchased the washer/dryer set today to replace a Kenmore set. After setting up began the calibration as per the manual and the washer only buzzed, and lasted for about 5 min then shut off. Tried to run a cycle with no laundry, same thing. The door was even able to be opened as this was happening. I am familiar with the sequence of events when a cycle starts as the Kenmore is identical to the Samsung and there is no door lock after any cycle is selected. It just goes bzzzzzzzzzz...... So needless to say this is an absolutely horrible experience and not one that I predict is able to be resolved promptly after dropping 2.5k on the set. I'll be in touch with Best Buy tomorrow to begin this process.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gets the job done, but not as sturdy a build as older models. Door and soap drawers are both light plastic when older models have much more solid builds. On the plus side, clothes get noticeably clean. I'm just not sure if it is built to last.

I bought this set two days ago. Only two minor complaints: washing machine cord very short, would be find if you lived in a modern home where you maybe stacking these, but for a older home, it is a challenge. The packing bolts; extremely confusing instructions given. You have a very long screw which you assume is the bolt, but in fact you have to pull the bolt out after removing the screw. If your little black cover does not fit in the hole, you still have a bolt to remove.
