This dishwasher saves me so much time after dinner, I load it up and walk away. It's so easy to set and quiet when operating. There is ample room in the dish baskets both upper and lower, that I can fit several days of family dishes in if I need to. Dishes always come out clean and sparkling.

it does the job but it's soooo loud. i picked this one specifically for the vibration reduction and it does not do that. my room is far from where it is located and i can hear it with my door closed. along with that, the jingle that plays is long and kinda annoying. i turned it off, but now i don't get notified when my laundry is done which is not too big of a deal because i can tell that it's done when the loud vibrating noise is gone lol.

Our clothes are always clean (no missed spots) and I love how many different settings there are from delicate to bedding to heavy load. I also find that it seems to be quite energy efficient and conserves water. Highly recommend this Samsung washer for all your laundry needs!

Originally, it was going to be a short time replacement because we were waiting for a new door for our commercial washer. It was supposed to take 6 months for a new door. Well, the Samsung washer works so well and the door is hung for a left handed person that we're not switching it out.

I'm a Hispanic woman in my 30s and was able to set it up alone. Will keep yall posted jic anything changes. But happy so far with the way it looks and performs. Leaves my clothes smelling fresh and clean. Quick wash is my best friend! The tune it plays when my clothes are done is so cute lol. I will be purchasing the matching dryer soon enough :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned this washer for about a month now, and I’m super happy with it. The WiFi is surprisingly handy - I can load up the washer before I leave for work, and have it done and ready to dry as soon I get home. Would definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer seems to be working great after the initial hiccup related to its shipping. After getting it all hooked up the first time and turning it on for a test run, water went everywhere - leaking from underneath. Ultimately, the problem was a broken plastic "air gap" (I think it was called). The part was broken during shipping. To the company's credit they responded quickly to get someone out to fix it. The part was not readily available so I had to wait about 10 days to actually get it fixed. The repairman said that it looked as though the piece may have broken when the delivery guy stuck the dolly under and a piece of Styrofoam packing pushed up into the drain hose and breaking the plastic piece. Maybe a design modification would prevent repeat occurrences. Aside from that frustration, the washer has worked very well.
