[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are pleased with the 1st week of using this new front loading washer. It is quieter, less vibration and quicker to go thru it's cycle than the 10 yr old front loading Samsung washer it replaced.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very well rounded and easy to use machine. We have enjoyed everything about it so far. We had a small issue with getting the us it level but once it was level it is whisper quiet !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time ever buying and/or using the front load washer. I love the capacity of it and how quite it is. I also love that it automatically chooses the time duration depending on what you choose as far as normal, delicate, etc. I also thought that the price was very reasonable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently replaced our washer and it is very quiet! Typically washers can vibrate within the walls and floors, but it is fairly low sound and vibrations. We use liquid detergent and softeners, so we are satisfied with the quality of the wash as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer is well-built and easy to use. Simple design with modern technology options is what makes this unit "user-friendly". It's smooth running with no measurable vibration. My last Samsung front-load washer ran flawlessly for over a decade. This one has a larger capacity than that one. I'm confident that the performance results will be the same.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had our washer and dryer brought in about a week ago. I have noticed some vibration with it. I am not sure if it's because the techs did not level it or if it is with the washer itself. Overall, I have been very pleased with the quality of the washing machine. I am hoping to have someone look at the vibration issue and if that is fixed, it would be 5 stars!
