Works as advertised.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 1st one lasted more than 10 years and after 1 month wife is happy again. Even showed the 3rd party installation guys how to use the calibration mode. Note: You need to use newest stacking kit SKK-8K if your stacking new washer with older dryer on top.

Broke immediate. Terrible customer service

I will not buy a Samsung appliance again. I received TERRIBLE customer service. I bought a stackable washer/dryer unit. Within a month the dryer fell off the washer, breaking the brackets that held them together. I run a business so I called a tech out to fix immediately. It turns out that two rods were broken inside of the washer. This thing is a month old. I called warranty and they said they could not reimburse for the repairs because Samsung didnt send a tech out. I told that I run a business and I needed it fixed as soon as possible. Nope. They don’t care. I should have called Samsung first. WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE GIVEN ME A WASHER THAT DIDN’T BREAK WITHIN A MONTH!! Terrible customer service without regard to the big picture which is customer satisfaction. Will I be buying a Samsung appliance again? Nope. And neither should you. Trust me.

Excellent and quiet washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So our old Samsung front loader finally went out after having it many years and I just didn't have the time to repair it. We decided on replacement and my wife concurred it had to be another Samsung. When we saw this washer we knew it would be the one we wanted and went out to get it. After getting it home and hooking it up it was time to test it out as we had plenty of laundry waiting for it. My wife at one point asked me if it was running as she could not even hear it so i checked, yep! It was running. All our clothes came out very clean and in a short amount of time. We love the sleek design and all of the options it has on it. The soft touch buttons are really nice.Now she wants the matching dryer as the one we have matched the old Samsung washer ( they are similar but more updated). I told her that will happen but will have to wait until we save enough money up for it.

Very quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got delivered this week. Love it already after 3 loads. Very quiet. I almost thought water didn't go into washer. Clothes seemed cleaner. Pleased w how clothes come out w little water still absorbed on them. In my 27 year old washer I replaced, the clothes were always wet. I'm still getting used to the cycle choices and hope to find more info online. I feel a quick user guide on paper would have been nice in the packet. I haven't gone online yet for detergent quantity tips or cycle usage to save changes to certain defaults, instead of redoing each time. i.e., on the normal cycle I sometimes want cold instead of warm/hot. And I seem to only need med spin on the loads I did. It defaults to high.

Wonderful washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this washer. I was so happy to get this. At first it came without a hose but they delivered it a week later. I love the sanitize feature to clean the washer. My previous washer was okay but this washer blows it out of the park. They are so many more feature. The bright led display is bright so i can chose my cycle. It has many different temperatures. Which us really nice. It also has different wash load options. You can also choose how many spins it does in a cycle. It washes my clothes with such ease and they look amazing coming out. It has a drawer that opens for detergent, bleach and softener. I usually use tide pods but i use the drawer for my fabric softener. I have had absolutely no problems with this washer. It has exceeds all my expectations. Overall i would recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy a new washer.

Great standard front load washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer on Black Friday 2023. It was delivered mid December 2023. This washer is a tremendous value. Uses less water than top loaded Washers. The vibration is minimal. Would recommend this washer.

Shakes and vibrates

i have had this washer only two weeks and it shakes and vibrates so much it is terrible. a technician came and looked at it but found nothing wrong. this is my second samsung but will probably be my last unless something changes. i am so disappointed and don’t know what else to do.

Such an upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will be honest, my partner usually does the laundry but I've noticed she's much happier. Less loads because it's bigger, it's much quieter, and we can both hear when it's done to turn the load over to the dryer. No complaints, it's definitely an upgrade. Larger than the old one but slim and sleek so it's not imposing. Clothes come out clean and there's less back and forth from the basement where the washer lives.

Its pretty cool. Its pretty nice!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its not really wide enough for comforters or king blankets. The cycles can go fast or go long. It makes a nice sounds to notify you if you're turning it on or turning it off. The area for dispensing bleach and detergent was confusing at first. But otherwise its pretty cool. Samsung does not honor veterans or their warranty

As a US Army retired veteran who is 100% disabled. I never thought that Samsung would hire technicians who were condescending and rude. It’s been since 29 January when I first called concerning my Samsung front load washer because it was making loud squeaking noises. And about 7 technicians later the washer still sounds like a lawnmower. You can hear throughout the house. So they decided to take the washer off the pedestal and put it on the ground to correct the problem. The technician does a diagnostic tests and after talking to his manager, he says, to me”Okay, it’s fixed. “! I tell him, but “it’s on the ground, I purchased the washer because of the pedestal height.!”” I CANNOT bend that low to put or take out clothes. He informs me there’s nothing he can do because he manager says the unit is operating according to the reading. The door should not bounce like it’s about to open when it begins spinning. This a safety issue. What really is disturbing is he refused allow me talk to his supervisor and the supervisor refused to talk to me!! Saying he is in the middle of training.!! I wouldn’t encourage anyone to buy any Samsung product they do not care about the customers or honoring their No lemon policy! I’ve tried to speak to someone in charge but my concerns aren’t in Samsungs scope of business.
