I found it intuitive to operate. Washer tub is a good size for my weekly washing needs. Overall I recommend this companies products.

absolutely worthless..does not use adequate amount of water to effectively wash clothes..it say "high efficiency" ..i washed 1 set of clothes on normal (1hr) and then rewashed the same load on heavy (2.5hrs)..i felt very confident that this machine was not going to clean my clothes cuz it does not wash the clothes in a solution of water,i used a flashlight looking through the front..it just gets the clothes wet a tumbles them...so i gave it a chance and washed twice a total of 3.5 hrs washing..pulled clothes out and did a test..i washed by hand in a tub with a solution of water and soap..i got more dirt out of my clothes in 20 min. than the machine did in 3.5hrs..how is that an H.E...??so that is proof that his machine is not a washer machine and is not an H.E....do not buy..i'm now looking for a top loader where i can select the water level..bummed cuz i didnt need a dryer at the time,but i wanted a matching set so i bought as a set..now i'm taking new washer (11 month old)to the dump..no more matching set.. a complete waste of $1200...so disgusted that i do not trust any H.E. washer..i wont be staying at any hotels that use H.E. washer...just gross...if you have an H.E. washer..do the test youself..be ready to be furious and disgusted..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my new Samsung washer. The installation was done quickly and I was up and washing clothes in no time. It was not hard figuring out the settings and various options. I loved the blue lighting and the easy to read labeling. My oh my, this washer is quiet. I only wish it was wifi enabled so I would know when the cycle was done, thats how quiet it is. Unless I am in the garage with it, I won't hear the jingle to let me know it's completed washing a load of laundry. However, I can live with that. The capacity is awesome, I cut my washing time in half, I use the normal cycle for brights, whites cycle for whites and heavy duty for towels and such. I am so happy and my friends are all jealous right now. I know it will last for a long time as it was designed by Samsung.

This is our first front load washer, was concern about having the door in front, water leaking, etc but can see that its well sealed! Like that I can just pull the clothes out into my basket. Also love the self clean option, its smells nice and clean after using it!

I am able to wash a full load of clothes and they are very clean, compared to my previous washer this Samsung 6000 series is absolutely better. I can set my own wash time or use the options available on the front LED panel which is designed nicely. I enjoy the sound that emits form selecting an option and from turning the knob. This washer operates silently and washes my clothes completely. I like that it doesn't fill with water and washes the clothes in dirty water during the wash cycle. There is no other washer on the market in my opinion that comes close. I can keep the washer clean by using the "Self Clean" option to keep it sanitized and odor free. This washer is packed with options and features for any one. Being able to be in control of my washing chores is something this washer allows and I enjoy being able to wash in silence and know my clothes are completely clean. The drum is large enough to accommodate large loads and that doesn't compromise clean clothes, no matter what option/laundry load I have I can rest assured they will be clean. Samsung really out performs the competitors with tis washer.

I love how I can use different settings depending on what I am washing. I have never owned a front loader but I have to say it is now my favorite. It holds quite a bit of clothing. I love the area where you add your soaps, it has a max fill line on it so you know how much soap to use. The washer is so quiet and plays a nice little tune when it's done. The LED lighting is an absolute plus at night when doing laundry. I highly recommend this washer to anyone looking for an upgrade. My favorite Setting is the normal setting, you can pretty much use it on anything. I also feel this washer cleans my clothes so much better than my past ones.

An issue we had was the graphics on the control panel. They slowly started to fade. We contacted support and within a few weeks, the panel was replaced. For the price, this washer is top notch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All around great washing machine. Efficiently cleans laundry, towels and bedding. I love all of the settings. Activewear is a huge bonus as well as the rinse, spin, soil settings. I use detergent sheets and HE liquid, both work well.

I purchased my Samsung front loader about three years ago. I am so disappointed in it. It molded around the rubber seal within one year, so it constantly smells moldy. They instruct you to leave the door open so that does not happen but then you have a puddle in front of your washer because the door has water still around it. So my new flooring is getting ruined. It needs a lot of maintenance, like running the self clean cycle with bleach inside the drum to prevent molding. Wiping down the rubber seal around the door after every wash. I just wish someone would have informed me of these issues before we purchased it.
