We have had issues with our clothes smelling. Techs came out, deemed it the dryer, and they refunded us for that. Our clothes still smell, and now we are getting the run around because it’s the washer that was the problem in the first place. Months of going to the laundry mat while trying to figure this out.

We had a older Samsung set we liked but we were definitely in need of an upgrade. This machine works effortlessly and barely makes a sound. I wasn’t so sure I was going to like the white color since most of our home appliances are stainless steel or black stainless steel but in the end it really didn’t matter. I was disappointed though that this washer doesn’t come with a steam option and our older set did so that was a big bummer. I do like that these can be stacked on top of each other for space optimization. The washer is 27in with a pretty large 4.5cu ft drum. It holds a full load of clothes which i need with my kids and cleans them really well. I really enjoy the smart touch feature and the LED display that makes it easy to read. It comes with 10 preset washing cycles, 6 additional washing options and 5 temperature levels. The smart phone feature is super useful in managing your washer and I really love the self clean option since cleaning a washing machine I don’t consider fun. It is energy star compliant which is always nice since we watch how much electric we use closely. Even with missing the steam option this machine cleans well and it’s the first machine i recall having that had its own separate whites or active wear settings. I am very happy with this washer.

I love them...very easy to use....easy to reach in and out of drums..and the dryer is a smart things hook up with my phone and it tells me all about my dryer ..when its done..load capacity...

I bought one and the engine mount broke before the year was up. They gave me credit to buy another one and it only lasted 14 months. The same problem with the engine mount. Now it's out of warranty and they're not responding. Don't waste your money on this brand.

The LED panel is well lit and there are many options to select for washing your clothes. The inside drum is very large and can hold lots of clothes and cuts down on multiple wash loads. This washer is a must have and definitely saves time when doing the laundry. No more multiple loads of laundry, I can combine them into one and be done. The clothes are thoroughly cleaned and well washed. My favorite feature is the Quick Wash setting. Using the Quick Wash setting I can wash multiple loads of smaller clothes quicker without having to go thru a full complete cycle. I also have to mention the very sound that the washer makes when selections are made on the LED Panel. There is also the option to turn off the alarm which will prevent the washer from notifying you when done. Another GREAT feature is being able to select your own option for the Temperature of the Water, The number of times to rinse during the wash, The amount of Spins and the Soil level of your clothes. With soo many options you can't go wrong with getting your laundry completely clean and done at your convenience, I am no longer held hostage by my laundry tasks. The 9 wash options are more than enough to accomplish any laundry tasks and being able to use the Self Clean is a MUST, having the ability to have the washer clean itself is unheard of and is a great option to help keeping the washer in tip top shape, clean and running great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best washers created, the smart touch feature makes it super convenient to pop in some clothing push and go, leaving me knowing my washer is doing its job without me having to do much work other than watch my clothing be clean and fresh. The settings on the washer were easy to navigate with the smart touch the best setting in the washer is the self clean as I've never had a washer that provided this feature before, once used the washer looks brand new again!!!

As a user of everyday equipment I felt a little scared regarding these (front doors) to my surprise and satisfaction I can tell you that it has been a success. I have a girl of preschool age and she helps me with loading clothes and pouring detergents (with supervision) this has provided a link between the two since we can spend more time together and she learns in a fun way. the washing machine has a larger load capacity than a regular one, you do not have to decide what the batch size would be because it has a sensor that determines the amount of water you need according to the amount of laundry. It has several washing cycles in which ae can highlight bedding, quick wash, and sportswear among others. It has compartments for detergent, bleach and softener with extra measures.

The Samsung washer is a high and energy efficient washer that does it’s job. This washer saves us a lot of water plus washing a load of clothes is at a timely manner. It makes little to no noise while in motion. The previous washer took longer to finish the normal cycle, the new washer takes only 45 minutes. The spin cycle leaves the clothing really dry and have not had a problem. I also like the size of the inside of the washer. The washer is easy to use and to start, you just pick and choose how you want your washer to run. I’m really excited about this Samsung washer that it has the self clean program. I highly recommend the washer to other customers that want to purchase great quality!
